I actually thought about having a group of friends and I put on random tinfoil hats during Halloween and say a bunch of conspiracy theories to them while getting candy so I could freak them out just a little bit.

I later realized it wasn't a really good idea simply due to someone possibly calling the cops in our neighborhood.

It would have been fun to do, but getting in trouble with law enforcement and people thinking I'm insane is practically the deal braker to me .

And also if you're wondering, I don't do this in real life. People who do that seem to be actually crazy and I'd never would want to be associated with them lol.

A bit late on this, but I will say one thing:

The funny thing about the whole dub vs. sub debate is that whichever one you watch, you're technically watching a localization of the original work. The thing is there are nuances in the language that you're translating, and no matter how you render it, you're changing aspects of the original work to translate it from the original language to your own. No translation can be perfectly accurate since there are always going to be aspects in the original language that are going to be lost in translation, and even the most loyal of fansubs have to take some liberties to convey the point as best as possible, and it's just an aspect of translation that you can't fully shake.

It appears to be a little unpolished, but so far, I'm liking how this looks.

Hopefully Scott will release it next year instead of two weeks from now.

I tend to prefer dubs because they have variety in accents in their voices. Japanese dubs, while good, sound too Japanese sometimes. If A French guy is talking or a Russian, I want to hear their accent, not a Japanese one. Just my preference.

It's case-by-case for me.
For anime, it's usually which ever sounds better

• Dubs:
  • DBZ, FMA, Cowboy Beebop
• Subs:
  • Naruto, Casshern, Detroit Metal City

For foreign movies I generally prefer the original language, but make exceptions based on quality

Concerning Romeo and Juliet, her age is actually a pretty common criticism in modern literature circles. She, along with Romeo, are really freaking immature and over dramatic.

The only version of Romeo and Juliet I like is the Dicaprio one because in the final scenes romeo revives a bit before he dies, but after Juliet fatally wounds her self, so there's this moments where they realize "We're both dumb ****s". It's supposed to be a sad scene but I always laugh.
