Interesting step taken for the Pokémon series, but not one that I feel was worth not going to sleep earlier for.

Anyway, first impressions, it looks OK for a mobile game. It is interesting how you can catch and battle in real life and the little toy that comes along with it is a plus for adding into that immersion, so I can see why Nintendo, Pokémon Company and the like have a lot of interest in the project. Personally though, I don't have much interest in those type of games as they never click with me, so it's not something I'll be picking up when it comes out.

Yeah, there literally is no reason to fear because Gamefreak doesn't own Pokemon entirely, only a portion of it. A huge stake in Pokemon is owned by Nintendo, and Nintendo won't let them put mainline releases on mobile or any other non Nintendo hardware platform.

That's true.
We're obviously getting a new main series game in 2016, and with CoroCoro supposedly leaking there is nothing to worry about. It's just a way to have Pokémon on the device almost everyone uses lol

I shared it with the other translators at SG. I'm not sure, we have a big project we need to get started on which will take a lot of effort from the SG team. I'll share more details about this project once we get the ball rolling. It's too early to talk about it officially.

I still think it might be a newcomer, I know about the tweet about the guy saying a friend talked to Ono and said it's a returning character but eh I don't buy it.

Plus the whole thing reminds me of how people thought Necalli's red energy looking thing meant Akuma was in.

I'd be fine with Cody though, he's a cool character.

He did, but I'm using a inside joke there.

Whether or not you can get the new HW content on Wii U is irrelevant to me because I'll only be playing the 3DS version ~
EDIT: But maybe since this new version is on a handheld, maybe we can get some content from handheld Zelda games??
