Well, aside from Punch-Out!! antics for E3 2015, I'm anticipating Pokemon-related news (either Pokemon Z, a Generation 7 game, or an unexpected Generation 6 game that takes place in an entirely new region with a new story), "Star Fox for Wii U" news, "The Legend of Zelda for Wii U" news, Super Smash Bros. 4 downloadable content news, and news regarding Golden Sun 4 and/or an English release for Mother 3..

The things I actively want most are more Smash news, Amiibo news (hopefully a game built entirely around them that uses already released ones as well as new ones - I would have plenty to work with), and Paper Mario Wii U.

Also I hope the new Star Fox is like Assault 2.0, with online, but I'm not holding my breath for either of these things.

And of course a Rosalina game would be much appreciated. That is just a perpetual desire though, and not so much a specific prediction or hope for this E3.

Daisy appeared in Super Mario Land.
Wario appeared in its sequel SML2: 6 Golden Coins.

I don't want to bring the hype down, but Nintendo said a few months earlier that this E3 would focus on 2015 games, which is why I wasn't hyped before. But this teaser (Punch-Out?) has opened a new realm of possibilities, good old indecisive and trolly Nintendo.
