Apparently that's when the embargo on the Nintendo Summit lifts. Meaning all the news, other than Reggie's speech, can be released. Meaning if Brawl was demoed, we'll find out about it then.

Well.. my guess why it wouldn't be playable?
It might reveal TOO much.
They may want to reveal things only on the official website with videos and images.
But that doesn't mean a video won't be shown later tonight at the summit.

For all we know, they could get us overexcited and not update the site in a while.

That means by this tomorrow, there should be another post.
If Sakurai holds true to that commitment, we should be seeing periodic news--I think a daily blog would help keep hype up a LOT more than releasing bigger chunks over longer periods of time.

...but the logic possibly says there might be a trailer. I imagine demoing Brawl wouldn't be savvy unless it was with the Smash Pros.
That or they might save the Brawl info for the site. We do know it's coming this year for the U.S and Japan.

Just like how we concluded Brawl wasn't at E3 2006 after the first day?
Let the summit run it's course and the embargo lifted, then we'll see if it was there or not.

2nd day of coverage is supposedly even more secretive than the first. Only a select few media members invited and an embargo on all info.
Press hasn't been allowed to say yet. Word on the street is that we'll get info on friday.

I would think that if they had a trailer on the second day of the summit, it would end up on the official site.

Is there any confirmation this summit goes two days? IGN is talking about it in the past tense already.
