Ubisoft and EA have presentations in a few hours, too.

And man, Black Ops 2's trailer keeps getting worse and worse, and more of a clone of Metal Gear, the "modern" generic FPS, and of Tom Calancey's (as Mr. Caffeine calls it) Ghost Recon.

I believe Sony is later tonight (9 if you're on EST). Their conference at least looks promising. Hopefully we'll be able to figure out what's going on with All Stars and Snake.

I like how Microsoft failed.

They showed off a teaser of Gears of War 4. Okay. That's fine.

They show off Call of Duty's and Halo's single-player, both of which feels like copies of other game's story.

Oh, and the reason most of the people play these games (Gears of War, Halo, Call of Duty) is for the multiplayer! Players of these games rarely play the story mode!

Microsoft gets a D grade from me.

C- from me. They had games people expected, sure they're milked, but they're still probably going to be good in the end (not that I'm going to play them though), and the boring parts were still smart moves.

I guess I'll give it a D+ then. Tomb Raider and Splinter Cell looked pretty good.

Halo... eh. It was a Metroid Prime clone Halo.

Gears of War... was too short to be anything.

I also wished they hyped some PC games. I mean, c'mon, the PC is where real shooter games are at. Rarely on consoles are there PC-quality shooters with PC-quality controls.

After looking at highlights on Kotaku/Facebook, I can only say that South Park: Stick of Truth is the only appealing thing I saw but that's probably because I'm a big SP fan.

I'm Back... I knew about the SmartGlass thing... it's obvious they concocted the idea when the Wii U was announced... best thing there was South Park.

back on the smart glass... i like it... it's good. all it's going to do is allow for easy ports between the two consoles without loss of content.... unless someone doesn't own a touch phone or tablet then you're out of luck! it's ingenious cause they dont have to invest in aditional hardware...

Yeah, basically your smartphone or tablet can interact with games via Xbox Live and this app.

Nikkei is reporting a 3DS revision is coming. Nintendo is purportedly increasing the size of the 3DS' screen. Guess we know the next announcement at E3.

At the very least for Playstation I'm expecting them to reveal a few more characters for Sony Smash. Let's get to SPECULLATING! Take a little break from Nintendo smash

The conference was pretty boring, Aside from RE6, Tomb Raider & Splinter Cell the games they showed I either didn't care for or I'm just plain sick of seeing. Some of the services they used for the Xbox Smart were nice but others were just pointless (IE on Xbox? No thanks, I already have a laptop for that). Besides Firefox > IE anyday. The Xbox Smart is more or less the iPad in black, and the Dance Central things, I hate it. I hate it when they put concerts in a GAMING convention of all things, If you're gonna do that put it somewhere in your conference that's appropriate.

Overall the conference was a 3/10
Not as bad as last year, but still pretty bad. Now I wait for Sony & Nintendo which will easily be better.

A far as I know Sackboy him/itself hasn't been confirmed but there's a LBP stage so I wouldn't be suprised. I praying for Crash/Spyro apperances. They may have died with the PS1 but they were what made Sony a viable Nintendo alternative back when.

Spryo and Crash would be great. Sadly, they are 3rd party, but at least it seems Big Daddy is in, and perhaps so will Snake and/or Raiden. So that leaves doors open!

Also, I think Jak (maybe with Daxter) and Ratchet (maybe with Clank, or have Clank as another playable character) might be confirmed as well.

Hopefully PSASBR (lulz) has a stock mode, too. Because that super kill as the only way to defeat an opponent mode was dumb.

Edit: I'm guessing they'll get four 3rd party companies and 4-6 3rd party characters for PSASBR. So much for "legal issues."

True but we're all waiting for Smash 4 stuff so we talk about other things while we wait. It'd porboly be better if I stopped posting and did something productive... or see if I can look at only one page on TVtropes.

On a more relevent topic, I think the Smash Wikis are gonna crash bigtime if anything is announced.

XBOX conference:
6/10

the three new IPs revealed were rather lackluster.
Halo 4 was good despite me not caring about the franchise... as a gamer, i can appreciate something done within it's own game.
Blops2 we already knew things about it... it was predictable. DLC... uugghhh
SmartGlass... very good direction to take the system to compete with Wii U despite being the same concept behind the Wii U Game Pad.
Kinect... still sucks.
South Park... great, love it... give me more!
Splinter Cell Blacklist... ehhhhh.... they are moving away from it's roots still.
Tomb Raider... soo... where are the tombs? why not call it Lara Croft? still a good showing... love the flaming arrow to the knee. though it is now a cliche.
don't give two ****s about Gears of War 4.
Madden... i don't like sports games but you can't complain that it is a very good thing to have the smartglass(Wii U Game Pad) use for the game to make your plans.

Nike...... uhhh... not for me but still good.
