Well it's nice Metal, I'd put more characters just to get more of a wider range of characters. More movesets in all. I think about rosters from a gameplay standpoint as well haha

Toad - That was right after Melee came out. Since then, Toads been in all kinds of games. So we should expect the Animal Crosser, because Sakurai felt they weren't much of fighters during Brawl's development, and they've been in a couple games since?
War - He's a great retro "WTF?" pick. Doesn't have a chance in Hell, let alone before Waluigi. If Waluigi is scraping the bottom of the barrel as you claim he is, then Wart is scraping underneath the barrel.
Kamek - Whatever. Guy, girl, it's cool. Kamek is a fan-favorite. That may be so, but you don't see that much support for him. Also, again, would he be a Mario rep or a Yoshi rep?
Geno - Sakurai mentioned Geno three times on his Brawl poll response/fan letter thing. So yes, Sakurai likes him probably. Because clearly, mentioning a character's name three times means that they are well liked and are shoo-ins. That's why Krystal got in over Wolf, oh wait...
Well, at least there's Takamaru...oh...
And Ridley was talked about 4 times, that's why he was a welcomed Newcomer for Brawl....wait a minute...
At this point in time, to actually expect Geno of all characters is foolish. He's a minor Mario character (more minor than Waluigi, btw) that's very old and is owned by another company. His "fanbase" (which was just a bandwagon) has been very quiet since he wasn't in Brawl, and he's pretty much overrated anyway.

Also, I forgot a paper version of a certain mustachio hero, or as the Bomb-Ombs call him, Mr. Mustache! The paper version of the mustachioed hero has the doctor version of the mustacioed hero to deal with. Especially since said doctor has been in Smash before and was planned for Brawl.
Oh, and a transgender weird creature thing that can reproduce asexual and use it's offspring as weapons it spits out of it's mouth! There's less support for Birdo than there is for Waluigi. Much less.

EDIT: At least with Ridley and Takamaru, they have more going for them than they did in Brawl's time.
Ridley, well, has more support than before, Sakurai understands that he has that support (the Nintendo Power interview) and said that while he didn't really consider Ridley for Brawl, he could work as a character if best efforts were given.
Takamaru has Samurai Warriors 3 as well as the upcoming 3D Classic remake for the 3DS, which might be released outside of Japan, as it was shown at E3 under "Mystery of Murasame Castle".

Geno....has nothing that he didn't have in Brawl's time, and even then, it isn't much.
Krystal.....same deal.

Hey, if Goroh gets in SSB4, which I'm hoping, I'd gladly start supporting Pico. He seems so cool for an F-Zero character. I'd think he'd also provide an interesting moveset with gunshots (cartoony, of course) and fancy backflips and other alien things.

Goroh is priority in my opinion, though.

Not every heavily requested character gets into Smash no GoldenY. Wario, Diddy and MetaKnight where all requested a lot for Melee, but didn't make it in Melee. But that's why they're in Brawl. Big chance heavy requested characters for Brawl will be requested again, and might make it this time.

Really don't expect Geno yet though, but there is some chance of coarse. I'm not gonna deny him for being a very popular choice. But he's not really likely... That's why I like to call him Smash's Favorite Pipe Dream. Unfortunately. I think he could make an awesome character.

He was created by Rare but it's just weird he doesn't even has a trophy while Dixie and K.Rool did. K.Rool's Melee trophy was the best model he ever had.

And yes, he was Rare's mascot. For the record, this is how Rare redesigned Mario (first time he ever appeared in 3D as well!)

I say Rare Mario should be in the next Smash!

Dedede was more requested for Melee than Meta Knight. And if I remember correctly, one of the reasons that he didn't make it was because Sakurai wanted to be modest with his series. The fact we got both Dedede and Meta Knight in Brawl was because Sakurai beleived it would be the last Smash he makes.
Wario, if I remember this correctly, was because Sakurai does not like the Wario Land games. Notice that the time Wario DOES get in Smash, it's in the WarioWare style with WarioWare based moves.
Also, could you imagine Bowser, Peach, Wario, AND Dr. Mario being added in Melee? Too many Mario characters lol. (Wario was considered a Mario character in Melee's time.)

Going on, if we'd get Uprising-style banter in SSB4's Adventure Mode, Luigi should imitate Palutena by putting on black bandana and act "Mr.L". Mario would get quite uneasy.

Luigi would IMO talk more than Mario. /reflecting to Paper Mario/ I don't think him talking would sound awkward much. /He sounds more deeper than Mario/

Mario would talk more from his actions and expressions, saving talking to more light-hearted occassions.When talking, I imagine him pretty optimistic life-loving everyman with good sense of leadership and loyalty to Peach. /I guess/
He better use that whole "hohoo"-verbal tic like what Charles Martinez does when he's speaking as Mario in his interviews or videos. /check Youtube/
