@disfunk- TBH, I don't see really any way to completely solve this whole dialogue problem for Adventure Mode

No dialogue at all? Tried that, makes it harder to understand the story and what's happening

Dialogue text bubbles for everybody? Lol, this ain't no RPG

Voice acting for everyone? Not everyone should have it

Some talk, but not others? Like you said, it would be kinda weird to see two characters like Mario and Pit communicate only to have one of them completely silent while the other talks (well, they did do something like that with Classic Sonic and Classic Tails in Generations, but ehhh)

Jebus would know what to do

Bowser Jr. is the only one out of those that poses a major threat.
Toad? Sakurai outright stated he can't see Toad fighting.
Wart? How in the Hell is a nobody like HIM competition?
Kamek's a guy...Kammy is the female one. Anyways, he could be a threat. But would he be a Mario rep or Yoshi rep?
Geno? Don't make me laugh. He isn't competition to even Baby Daisy.

Toad - That was right after Melee came out. Since then, Toads been in all kinds of games.
War - He's a great retro "WTF?" pick.
Kamek - Whatever. Guy, girl, it's cool. Kamek is a fan-favorite.
Geno - Sakurai mentioned Geno three times on his Brawl poll response/fan letter thing. So yes, Sakurai likes him probably.

Also, I forgot a paper version of a certain mustachio hero, or as the Bomb-Ombs call him, Mr. Mustache!
Oh, and a transgender weird creature thing that can reproduce asexual and use it's offspring as weapons it spits out of it's mouth!

Edit: IF (and this is a big IF) SEGA is bought out by Nintendo, I think Knuckles gets priority over Knights simply because the NiGHTS series hasn't gotten a new game for a while, and the Sonic franchise gets a new game like every 6 months. Still, I predict if it were to happen, it would be in a more stable economy at least 5 years in the future.

Donald Duck Maui Mallard - Test of Duckhood

Ok, I think this level gets my vote. This is for a couple reasons. one, the music is so amazingly awesome that even the ducklings dance to it.

And two, the level design is amazing. Gotta love the Jungle. And there are sharp sticks with poles that you have to bungee jump over with vines! :D

Sakurai will probably just go with no dialogue again. A good narrative can be crafted without voices *see Zelda, but that would have to be the focus of the game. Fighting games in general usually struggle with deep coherent storylines so maybe sakurai is asking for too much.

Golden has the ride idea. As you young people would say "I'm bout to roll dawg"

Just, swimming through the underwater ship while it creaks around you and the old bell tolls... Beautiful.

This is a game I recommend you guys playing. For a SNES game, it's really well done. Beautiful backgrounds, cool level designs. Just an awesome game.

Which reminds me... Metal, have you tried terranigma yet?

@Luco- No! I've actually heard some good things about it, what do you think about it?

Wait, isn't the game only available in Japan?

@disfunk- That's what Smash can do different. All Smash needs for its Adventure Mode is a simple story. As a non-canonical crossover game, it's not like things like character development are even going to APPLY for this game (it's more or less already there for every character), so making the story simple and cartoony I think would be the best way to go

Nope, my brother had it on his SNES back when I was tiny, so it would've been available here.

It's good. Trust me. It's RPG qualities are up there with Lufia, Chrono Trigger, etc. And it's gameplay is really solid. Even the primitive stealth missions (in Dragoon's castle you have to get through past the guards without running in to their flashlights) are awesome. :D

Seriously though, you don't need to have voice actors for EVERY single character, just the ones that would be ideal for such a thing (Snake)

And yes, Nintendo themes in the SSE would have mattered, especially after what we were used to in Melee's Adventure Mode. Idgaf about some nameless island with generic *** backdrops and random enemies, I wanna be able to stomp on Goombas and beat the hell out of ReDeads again! This is a Ninty crossover game, so Smash needs to focus on that aspect. Fan service (NOT THAT KIND OF FAN SERVICE), **** like that goes a long way

I literally thought that floating island was Angel Island since you know...Sonic was in the game. Needless to say I was disappointed to figure out it was just a random floating islan.

If SEGA is ever bought out by Nintendo or Tails is in Smash 3DS/Wii U, that match up is very possible.

Shut, up. Sega is staying Sega seperate.

Also I like the idea of some VAs and others don't. Nintendo characters like Link should be expressive enough to not use VA.
