Figure it out.

One major thing about classic mode, can the Metal battles actually be metal? Instead of the metal status. 64made a completely revamped mario with the metal sound effects and basically made his weight insane. So can we bring that back?

Kuririn, lost all the spotlight like Tien (LOL Tien) and Yamacha after Dragonball ended. He did end up with 18 though, so that's an up.

There's not much to expand on Classic mode.

Unless you know, they decide to actually make players better by when you raise the difficulty level only the AI of CPUs go up instead adding all this unrealistic stuff, like lowering the knockback you deliver and increasing the computers.

In general make smarter AI. Level 9s have always been lackluster imo.

Level 9 CPUs will never be a great challenge I feel.

Expanding on Classic Mode? How about not making each stage you go through so fixed? For example, you almost always start of with a Zelda character battle (or team battle vs Zelda characters) then the next stage is either you and CPU Yoshi vs the Kongs, or you and CPU Kongs vs a gaint Yoshi. Mix that up a little. And bring in something as Rival Battles. Say, Mario having to fight Bowser / Wario / Sonic as one of the latter stages. Or do a battle vs Wire Frames / Fighting Polygons or whatever. Make sure it's a little more varried, or make variations for each difficulty.

They can, they just aren't trying hard enough. Level 9 Cpus in Brawl are bad but when you change it to Brawl+ the Level 9s become crazy good. The makers of B+ didn't change the AI either. It's really strange, but it gives me hope for intelligent AI.

@Falchion- Animated? Like FMV endings in Tekken and MK4? Hell yeah, as long as they're humorous and don't tie into the story of the Adventure Mode or some ****

@Iblis- Remember in Melee how when you cleared a stage in Adventure/Classic/All-Star mode, it would give you bonus points and grade your performance on the stage? That's what I meant

Yeah that worked in Bonus Mode too. Just they had specifics in Adventure. Yeah I understand it would make more like Score Attack, maybe the game could record your Top 5 scores

^^^^^^^^^^^^ Yes please

Maybe if they bring back Race to the Finish, they could grade your performance and have more specific scoring for that, too?

Have anyone noticed that the character order in All Star Mode is by gaming era? They started with Mr. Game and Watch (Game and Watch era) and ended with Olimar (The Gamecube Era) It goes by this order: Game and Watch, Arcade, NES, Sega Genesis, Super NES,Game Boy, and Gamecube. If Sakurai decides to keep this order for the sequel's All Star Mode, there would be new eras like N64 (Saki), Gameboy Advance (Isaac) and Wii (Mii/Shulk).

What do you guys think?

@R.O.B- I could definitely see that happening

I think part of the reasons why I loved the Melee clones so much is because of their Target tests and how challenging they were. Especially Young Link's and Dr. Mario's, those had me stumped for the longest

Thanks for reminding me of Young Link's Target Test. I never knew how to wall jump properly and could never clear it.

Yeah, they could make it as detailed as possible to make it more challenging.

I never knew that haha, but that definitely sounds cool they should keep that going.

Performance rating should be back yeah.

Add more categories too.

Also, I prefer the Melee credits minigame to the Brawl credits minigame. Mainly I liked how you were moving while shooting all the credits in the Melee version (reminds me of a rail shooter), but I liked how in Brawl's credits you were rewarded coins for shooting the credits. Maybe a combination of both this time around?

In Melee it felt as if you where playing StarFox lol

Brawl's sucked indeed.

Maybe some different variety of weapons (instead of just shooting two lasers at a time) would help, too? I dunno, just a random idea I just had

CPUs cheat. In FFAs they generally try to target you mostly, and not the other CPUs. In Melee this wasn't so.

Who plays with CPUs?

Playing with players is 10000 times best than playing with CPUs

Am I the only one who liked the Brawl air dodge system a little better than the Melee one? Mainly because I didn't like how in Melee it would put you in helpless mode
You're not alone. At least in Brawl, you can do multiple air dodges, which makes it so that not all characters can enter a helpless state by normal means.

Level 9 CPUs will never be a great challenge I feel.

I did input my Classic Mode changes several months back. In fact, for one element that I had in mind...

In the 2 vs. 2 round of Classic Mode, if any of your opponents is Yoshi, his color may change, depending on his teammate. For some inputs...

Mario + Yoshi = Green
Samus + Yoshi = Red
Pikachu + Yoshi = Yellow
Peach + Yoshi = Pink
Sonic + Yoshi = Blue
Rosalina + Yoshi = Light Blue

Well you pretty much have to face CPUs in Solo Mode. If you mean Group Mode, then it's probably for casual purposes.

Uh yes they also did that in Melee. It happened to me numerous times.
While that is true, Melee CPUs will also attack any opposing CPUs who are in their way. In Brawl, it's a game of who can KO the human player first for the CPUs.

I noticed it but I didn't like it. I mean at first its cool but having methodical classic and all star mode was really boring. Melee got it right IMO.

And yea Melee's credits >>>> brawl's credits.

Boss Battles also had its bosses sorted in random order, with Tabuu always being the last boss.

Yea I liked the random order of boss battles.

:phone:
Interestingly, Boss Battles and The Arena are highly identical. In fact, I believe the idea of Boss Battles came from The Arena. Of course, unlike with The Arena, the bosses in Boss Battles move gradually faster as you head closer to fighting Tabuu.

Okay, so just got done with 1 1/2 stages on Dillon's RW (I'm usually too busy to play this game. Yay :D) So, here's what I have to say so far. I'll spoiler it so that no one is offended...

So, it starts off with the main problem of the game; The Grocks, who're a mean bunch that have decided to run into towns, destroying their livestock. But one day, a wannabe cowboy by the name of Dillon and his sidekick decide to assist the towns. This is the very start of the grand adventure of the West.

The game is definatly good. There's no doubt about it. A game that makes you have quick wits and money-making skills in-game is just part of what makes this game so... Intellectual, you could say. The game has definatly rolled over what I've expected this game to be. Hell, with Dillon having some "Secret Past" and not chatting because of it, perhaps, makes the game mysterious, too!

My biggest turn ons is a game that involves time (Majora's Mask, for example) and side questing (Like Mystery Dungeon). One of the coolest things is the fighting mechanics. Sure, you think it's JUST rolling, but you can fight with claws, grinding power, and comboing! Hell, 10 combo hits gives you $10 cash! It hints of a Super Mario RPG mixed with LoZ: Majora's Mask. Another cool thing is the power up items you can buy. Sure, they break over time, but this is just one of the challenges to this puzzle-adventure-fighting game. The Grocks move on the map as you fight the others, which proves that this game- you're REQUIRED to be fast, or else the live stock will be eaten all up, making you lose.

5/5 because it's very original and well played for a western, which I love stories of myself. Rango is a favorite western to me, for example. But in seriousness, this game is worth it's talk, and it did more than walk it's talk; it rolled it's show.

I'm not a prof. critic as you can see, but I love this game to pieces, and was worth my money.

I really would love to see the Djinn from Golden Sun series in Smash 4 as collectible items. They would appear on the stage and then they jump or float around... and the characters need to catch them. When I say collectible items, I meant like the Dragoon item in Brawl. Djinn of one color will appear until a Summon is activated before Djinn of a different color appear. When a character catches at least two Djinn of the same color, that character begins to glow and the player can input L and R buttons at the same time while pressing the B button to activate the corresponding Summon.
