New Smash Bros for WiiU

I'm to try to start traveling a lot, so I might go to Genesis as well.

Yeah, the guys who run Genesis are awesome. NorCal Brawl has some cool top players, but NorCal Melee is for realZ. We got all kinds of Mario bros/G'dog/Captain Falcon/Marth players. I'm actually one of the few Fox mains, lol!

But yeah seriously, just imagining Ridley in Brawl makes me hungry for some Ridley-ins......

As for Sakurai poll, remember that this will be in Japan. Waluigi will be outnumbered by K. Rool, Mewtwo, Ridley, Mega Man, Little Mac, Isaac, and more and he'll consider the one at #1, which is looking to be Mewtwo.

Take off Little Mac and Isaac. They aren't hyped in Japan.
Add Slime to the list, as he's heavily hyped there.

I've never really see Squirtle or Ivysaur at a high level of play, interesting stuff.

You can certainly learn a lot just by watching a couple of these matchs.

It'll be my first time in Cali, I've been to Las Vegas 3 times though. I think it'll be an amazing experience.

@Tri: Squirtle is leagues above the other two pt pokemon. They all horribly fail from fatigue though

It really depends on which MU you're looking at, Charizard is surprisingly capable against Marth-like characters.

I don't know much besides the notion that I play a mean Squirtle, I think you played against it Iblis.

Haha yeah, it's pretty long. To be honest, though, when you're the one driving, even six hours isn't that bad. I've traveled up to NorCal several times to Monterey and the like, and the drives were surprisingly easy. I think keeping your iPod tunes playing really helps.

I've long since quit competitive Brawl, though, but if I manage to find a job soon, I may save money for the next Genesis anyways.

Yeah, doubles is starting to become infested with MKs...I'm more than ready for singles now!

I'm hype for that (and the return of the Japanese players in doubles) oh they'll be in Singles.

@Above: Idk if I could really quit brawl, the community keeps me coming back.

EDIT: So many shuttle loops, I feel like I should be getting ready for take off in a plane. Nothing has really compared to the Japanese and European matches to me though. In the those matches I got to see adaption and mix-ups. These are very one-sided now. Like that Karamity&Ocean vs. Meek&Salem, now that was a dynamic match.

Yeah, the community is basically what keeps me into Smash in general right now while I wait for SSB4. To be honest, if Brawl's online was good in the first place, I'd probably still be playing. Nowadays, I only play Brawl when I go over my friend's house for FFAs lol.

I'm lucky enough to be in the center of GA's competitive sence. Oh and yes, the Japanese are very entertaining, their playstyle is very different from the US's while still seeming just as effective if not more.

The Villain: Ridley, K. Rool, or Medusa.
The Girl (even though this isn't a real category): Medusa if one of the previous two were revealed in Villains or Zoroark.
The 3rd Party: Mega Man or Layton.
The Retro Revival: Mach Rider.
The Hyped: Little Mac.
The Returnee: Mewtwo.
