New Smash Bros for WiiU

Launch games must be the worst thing for everyone involved. Developers have to rush making a game using tech they don't understand, and, well, consumers have to buy it unless they want to wait a year to use their new console.

Though that's probably an incredibly broad stroke when there are some major exceptions.

Like, IMO, Pikmin(I think.)

@Oasis: Very true my friend. But I think after the 3DS....Nintendo is going want all the support they need and will have to kick it into high gear so the Wii U won't be a fail. No one wants to be a Wii again. After checking and comparing it's specs to th 360 and PS3, tis a shame.

Maybe the Wii U will pull a Dreamcast and have graphics ahead of its time, but unlike the dreamcast hopefully it won't fail. LOL

Am I the only one who prefer Brawl's CPU to Melee's CPU?

@FanMan: Yeah, I'm trying to stem off the idea of how in that one Naruto CoNs game they had a Guy vs. Guy fight and the CPU did the exact same moves you did. Now if you get a cpu to do that based off and old match and then diversify itself, that would be amazing, you know?

Also yeah, Brawl Cpu>Melee Cpu. Both are dumb though. Brawl's Cpu tries auto-tech everytime it's sent into the air, that's why you see it airdodge immediately after you send it in the air. Melee's cpus have horrible set patterns and most consist of jab which usually only do, what? 4%?

The only games I know of right now that I can see is Pikmin 3, New Super Mario Bros. Mii, and Dragon Quest X alongside those listed at last years E3. Beyond that I am excited to see what else they have.

New Super Mario Bros. Mii would be such a cheap move, lol. But you KNOW it'd work. It's a fun game, it's Mario at launch... It can only be a good move despite how ridiculously obvious and easy a move it would be. I would be pretty excited for Pikmin 3, actually. That tablet seems like it would work really well for that game. It would also be a graphically impressive game.

WHICH IS GOOD, because the WiiU definitely needs a strong launch so people don't feel like they would need to pass it up and save their money for Microsoft and Sony's consoles. Seriously, Nintendo should just stick a little pamphlet in the WiiU's box saying "DON'T WORRY. SMASH BROS. IS ON THE WAY."

Based on my research and findings (as well as SOME degree of biasness), here is my latest Roster.

Toad doesn't really need any label to show his importance or relevance.

However, the label helps to show that he's more deserving than Bowser Jr. or Waluigi, for example.

Me and a bud almost bought Sin & Punishment on the VC. I wonder if I should regret not getting it. We didn't get it because it wasn't co-op, but I think that shouldn't have mattered since we probably could have had just as much fun TAKING TURNS. Apparently you die a lot or something WHO KNOWS.

I really don't know, but heard it was pretty good on the Wii.

Golden Sun for the GBA is amazing though. Haven't played the DS game yet.

It's not so contradictonary as you think. Isaac is mad popular, Sheik isn't really. And unlike Sheik, Isaac has thusfar been in all Golden Sun games. Playable in 2 yes, but it's still many more apperances than Sheik ever made. The key word: relevancy.

But I wouldn't mind Matthew instead of Isaac's place really. Especially if they gonna make another Golden Sun starring him.

You mean the fact that he says Isaac and Saki should be in for being more popular than Matthew and Isa, yet says that Impa should replace Sheik and Chrome should replace Ike despite Sheik's and Ike's popularity?

Btw no. I have no opinion about Saki vs his son. I do prefer Isaac over Matthew, yet if Matthew gets a new apperance in Golden Sun 4 I acknowlegde he should get in. Never said Ike should be replaced, quite the opposite. I really like Ike, yet he could easily get outprioriticed or as I prefer saying it: replaced by the newer Chrome. It speaks for itself that Chrome should have priority over Roy though.

ITS NOT LIKE IT DID NOT HAPPEN BEFORE.

Unless they are planning for 4 Fire Emblem characters, which I find doubtful, yet I do prefer thinking they should do this.

Untill then I'll just say it: Marth>Chrome>Ike>Roy.

That IS quite the contradiction.

I should probably explain why I have Saki and Matthew.

Saki: Sakurai has mentioned he was requested a lot and mentioned that he has no problem fitting in with the playable cast. I feel this is a hint at the next Smash featuring Saki as a Newcomer.

Matthew: While a GS character is not high in demand in Japan, it is overseas. However, it's Isaac that's high in demand. BUT, being that Camelot is pushing Dark Dawn as the start of the "main story" while the previous two games being "prequels", I could see Camelot pushing for Matthew instead.
Would it really matter, though? I may not be knowledgable in GS, but don't Isaac and Matthew share the same abilities?
