Sup yall? I just registered on the board and been browsing through for a while before i posted. Nice to see some north carolinians holdin it down! Im in the greenville/raleigh area (mainly greenville about 85% of the time). If anything is happening or anyone wants to chill and play then hit me up! I cant practice alot of the stuff that i wanna do with comp.

i thought about it and i had one prob. I think chocolate thunder should have made the 15th or 14th place. He did place top 16 at munkaid and to add to that it was his 1st tourney in smash and it happend to be the biggest in nc yet. Peace

I don't think you can really get on the lists in just one tourney... Munkey was talking about it with me - you need more reliability and consistency to get a high place on power rankings. Chocolate Thundaaaa is too good, but he might have just gotten lucky placings or something (in a purely theoretical sense).

Yeah dude, no problem... just give me a list of all his past placings at tournaments and explain to me how he should be ahead of players like jolly and 2% (who did just as good as him at munkaid, and have actually entered past tournaments)... and promise me your not saying all of this because he's a friend of your crew... and your not trying to abuse your power on this "panel", and call me out publicly

edit: in addition to what munk said. People get the ranks they get by beating out the competition consistantly. There is nothing consistant about playing in one tournament and placing top 16.

Yeah, Chocolate Thunder will most likely make the list next tourny or so. just keep up that luigi beating out marths and sheiks and he shouldn't have a problem. As for now I think he just has to prove that he can perform like that again.

In a side note..... I have decided that I shouldn't have Mario under my mains anymore but mor like falcon/falco. Cause I only used falcon in singles really and falco in team. I'm just not good enough to rep the plumber anymore. Munk please ajust the list for me. THANKX

Also, Twig there is so many things wrong with your post that I'll just leave it alone. but you might want to consider that maybe some of YGO was just ******* around too? Sounds like a john? Well I stole that one from you

During crews, it pretty much was team LOZR. Everyone on TBO, after LOZR was beaten, took at least 2 more stock than they were given. As a team, the YGO crew can't stand a chance against a more well rounded crew like TBO. I mean yeah you guys have the best in NC but you shouldn't rely on him so much. That is why it is called a "crew" battle. No hard feelings though. I just call it like it is. Oh and I have given up on being a **** to Dr. Neo. I don't like to waste my time anymore. Not saying he is awesome or anything but I just don't feel like messing with him anymore. I enjoyed playing you all for real.

I don't care if you say your crew wasn't playing well. It's all just an excuse for your crew to feel a little less sh*tty after losing to an ACTUAL real crew. 2v2 is all about tech ability. 1v1 is about mind games. Crews are about playing SMART. Every stock counts more than you could imagine for a crew.

It's a matter of pure strategy. You guys took the idea of, put our big hitter in first and make them play catch-up through the whole thing. We didn't even expect that, and we put in a ganon against lozrs fox. THAT was good strategy. You skimped out from then on though. You only thought about the next match-up... when you have to look at the big picture every time, not just the immediate next match.

TBO is an overall better crew than YGO. Having the best player doesn't make you the best... it's having me that makes you the best.
