the 'accepted' universal rules (mlg rules; granted from a few months ago) don't have it banned; what standard are you using exactly?

i'm looking at the rules for cataclysm (the next big tourney) and they don't have it banned either

granted they also don't have mk and mk2 banned but what other standard is there to go by?

SMYM 7 doesn't have it banned either

in fact i haven't found a single one that does (though i haven't looked TOO hard)
