There was a leak from back in July that listed Sora as CP11, and it just so happened to get the date right.
I'd take the leak in question with a grain of salt, but I'd still cry tears of joy if Sora was the last fighter.

Ahri is still my top choice especially given how cp11 is being revealed the same day as LoL World's opening this year.
