My parents love my MLP obsession. I've got the Canterlot bedding from Target's MLP Canterlot promotion sale thing. They approve me bringing it to college this year. If they offered me a backpack or anything, it'd be a pony whatever it is if they could find 1. I'm a 20 year old guy. Will be 21 in a month
My parents have no problem with it and it makes shopping for me easier. My sister on the other hand thinks it's weird and calls me Fluttershy or "brony".

My parents would think I'm a huge weirdo freakazoid.

Nothing wrong with being a freakazoid.

My parents also like me liking the show. In fact, they're the ones who bought me my Applejack and Rarity dolls. They know Applejack's my favourite, so if they ever found an Ajay blanket or pillow or whatever they'd buy it for me.

My mom is pretty neutral on the whole thing.

She watched a few episodes.

Hates Fluttershy and still thinks Dash is a guy.

I hate my parents, they hate me. I like ponies, so if they knew, they'd probably dislike.

Fluttershy started singing "So Many Wonders" and my mom literally went

And this got amplified a million times at the line "I love everything."

She also said falling out of the clouds and being saved by a pack of butterflies was the gayest thing ever. Well until the song. Then she said that was the gayest thing ever.

That's hilarious.
My family knows I watch MLP.
None of them care. My cousins think human standards have dropped.

I watch it with my nieces though. Help them remember the names and whatnot. lol

I think Mom is a pretty cool guy. eh doesnt care about stuff and doesnt afraid of anything.

My Mom knows about the show somewhat. My little brother and I were watching it and he told her "We're watching My Little Pony!" She said, "That old show?" I proceeded to correct her.

My Dad is a different story. He's a weirdo so...

Zajice my mom is pretty much the same way with everything I do.
She makes nasty comments every time she can about MLP or Glee.
It's annoying but then I stop caring.

She is also scared that my family might think I am gay because I watch those two shows.

I've found that people won't assume anything as long as you act natural.

Unless of course you naturally act gay in which case, the family might find out.

Oh I do, and I've let her know plenty of times that I don't really care what my family thinks or anyone else.
I like what I like because I like it, not because it's mandatory if I am gay lol

Lol I am the same, I mean I do SOME gay things but I do not think they show how I am gay.
They're things like "Oh that guys is ****ing hot," or "Man I would have sex with that guy right now if I could." But I mean those could be taken any way.

My own mother is a brony, so I don't have to deal with any hate here.

She cried at the end of episode 2

And I just troll my dad with ponies.

My dad doesn't remotely care as long I do my chores, get a job, and graduate from college
Mom got the wrong idea til I clarified I only like Generation 4 / Friendship is Magic
Brothers are neutral, they only watched Cutie Mark Chronicles, Owl's Well That Ends Well, Party of One, and The Best Night Ever cause it was on TimeWarner OnDemand
Cousins at first saw my ponified phone and demanded I get manlier things, and I forced them to watch the whole season on the 2wk road trip, now they're neutral and whenever I bring ponies, they exclaim "Why do I know the names of all the ponies?!"

Slightly amusing, but still quite lonely

EDIT: oh and good timing, 8-bit So Many Wonders just got uploaded.

My hair has been cut. Because what my mom did was not dye.
It was a certain product that decolorizes my hair. Thus in time it goes gold, yellow, lightyellow, then fully white.

I will keep cutting my hair until it goes back to brown.

Now I hope both of you learned a valuable lesson here.

I also use "tertiary".

Today, my parents were visiting and they were a bit appalled at the state of the backpack I currently use. My mother wanted to buy me a new one (neglecting the fact that I'm quite able to get my own) and when asking what type/color/etc., I stated that I have no preference. My father then stated that I probably do care a little, and that I'd probably rather not have a pink backpack "with My Little Ponies or Hello Kitty" on it. At first I was amused, since they don't know I watch FiM and immediately assume that MLP is not something I'd like to be associated with. I then briefly thought about how rad it would be to have a pink MLP backpack. I then realized that there was a kind of awkward silence going on and resumed the small talk.
Haha that must have been interesting.

HILARIOUS mom.

It's Black Ops for the Wii, Zajice. Can they even get zombies?
