I was sitting here trying to decipher what it could mean too.

To the best of knowledge, it doesn't mean anything. It comes from an odd forum glitch that happened last February; I was making a post in Pacific West and when I submitted it, the post only contained the odd text "a a f i f c". Confused, I tried to edit it, but the post still displayed the same weird characters. I then noticed that every post on that page of the thread also read "a a f i f c". To see if this was a local phenomenon, I checked the Melee ICs board and observed the same thing. Very shortly thereafter, everything returned to normal, but for a minute or two, the text in all of the posts on SWF was apparently replaced with the aforementioned string. As evidence that this actually happened and wasn't restricted to me, see this post on the MK board.
