it's kind of hard to post something non-spammy and worth reading when the show has been off the air for a while. most of it IS going to be image macros and rehashed memes, and we're just going to have to deal with it. that being said, there's a difference between mindless spam and a meaningful post. i think the people mentioned in zajice's post would like to contribute to this thread in a meaningful way, but spamming is so much easier. i don't want them to stop posting due to the elitism of some of the veterans in this thread (and yes it is elitism, humans are unaccepting of newcomers when they already have an established circle of acquaintances, even i feel this from time to time due to the fact that i don't live in texas like everypony else), but all we can do is hope that his post got the message across.

I was actually just implying i would bring down the quality of this thread.
I used to not really post that much in this thread honestly.
And lately i've been posting more because my internet has been super crappy lately and basically the only thing it can handle currently is forums or articles/blogs.

I can't watch videos, download stuff, or play on live.

I might feel like this too john *maybe* and if I do it's a "once in a blue moon" occurrence. If it makes you feel any better you're one of the nearest bronies from where I live and to save you another +1 post I'm from MN.

well i know what it's like trying to talk with new people who not only know each other over the internet, but also irl too. they usually don't give you a second thought. the mlp community is (usually) an exception to this rule, and that is why i love them.

you definitely don't overdo it with spam lol, your average post is way longer than most people's average post, and you edit a lot instead of making a new post.

is it a concidence that luna lovers stay up until dawn? i think not.

Staying up til dawn is more of an "anyone currently in middle or high school, or anyone 13-30 years old" kinda thing.

The fursuits are okay. Not incredible or whatever. Then again, I don't think you can make an amazing MLP themed fursuit since they're so limited in construction. Getting them accurate, then running around in one just sounds ridiculously taxing. They recently started making four legged fursuits that are pretty well done, so for anyone working on a ponysuit for MLP , that'd probably be an ideal mechanic to copy.

Still much more trouble than it's worth, especially if you almost never go to furmeets or cons.
Better to just gijinka the characters instead.

People who go to sleep at "normal" times seem weird to me.
like going to sleep at 9pm.
I just cannot see how someone could physically do that.
even after getting 3 hours of sleep max during a school night i'd still have no trouble staying up until 2-3am.

Lastly those pony costumes looked fairly well made. Way better than what I could do. though something about them makes me shudder a bit. I think that's because they look anthro in those costumes, which I don't care for that kind of thing.
