You do not exactly link too it, but I believe that each skype chat has its own address if I recall. So you could have people join that address if they have a skype account.

Also, why did microsoft buy skype? Things could go downhill fast for skype.

I have both the Xat and Skype going most of the time. They don't have to hate each other.
