Just because I am curious, why does everyone like the pony they like so much?
Go into as much detail as you want, or don't, I am only curious to know.

Personality: I'm attracted to her introverted-turned-slightly-more-outgoing-because-of-friends-yet-still-can-be-introverted character. Includes her bookworm egghead status, leadership, and even her naivety on a case basis. (Hence Look Before You Sleep as my favorite episode by bias). She cares for the well being of her friends and takes logical sense to a whole favorable level, although quite blunt with it. She parties in her own special way~ [Hey, what ever happened to making the character bios?]

Appearance: I love bangs. I love bangs on a mare. Straight hair is a plus for me to an extent. Twilight Sparkle has both. Bacon hair is extra. I express my interest in the beauties of simplicity. Purple color coat is eh okay for me, but it tends to be complimented with pink.

Personal level: Not only is personality a reminiscence of my own personality, but both personality and appearance-wise, reminds me of my high school) best friend (and crush which still remains today) which my high school Smash Bros. brethren know whom I'm talking about and the rest of SA bronies have just met last night.

Sorry y'all, it was 2AM~5AM in the morning, and we were playing LoL at the same time. Technically it was an LoL skype between the 10 of us playing, and it just happened that we were all bronies. Idle chat just happened while we were messing around led to the Beros and Twilight Sparkle conversation.

When I first started watching the first episode, when Dash crashed into Twilight, I looked at her before she said anything and said
"This is the pony I like."

I do not regret it.

Watched the first episode. Twilight Sparkle. Has bangs. Reads books. Introverted without friends.
I kept my eye on her. First choice was on spot as the series went on. Never looked back.

Regardless of Rarity's early-season charm. Hence Rarity as my 2nd, followed by AJ.

Yes Leaf, it was, but ever since around the time of season 2 I was in denial about Twilight being best. After every single personality test telling me Im By far Twilight (proof), my love or her coloration, the many similarities I came to find I had with her, and much more, I finally came around and accepted it as the truth. My actual favorite is actually Lyra/Heartstrings, Twilight is with no competition my next favorite and fav of the mane 6. Fluttershy is still my #2 in the mane 6 though, and after that, the other 4 tend to jump around depending on my thoughts at the time.

Also, @BSP's question: I always loved Fluttershy as she reminded me of my girlfriend oh so much, but I moved on to Twilight who reminds me of myself instead.

Another reason it took me so long to make the move from Twilight to Fluttershy, was that K Prime and I were BY FAR the first 2 to be Fluttershy mains, so I felt an obligation to her due to that as well. While I still do love Fluttershy a ton, I just have far more in common with Twilight than Fluttershy, and I think she suits me best personality wise.
