Beros did you noticed how awkward Maud's VA sounded when she was talking about how stuck up the jewelry was being? It sounded horrid.

Yeah, it felt a little out of character as far as vocal expressions, but I'll give her benefit of the doubt that's how disgusted she was with them jewelry.

...couldn't the whole episode have been solved if Rarity had just made the pouch?

I was thinking that too, but it's probably the authenticity of where the pouch was made/sold meant more to Pinkie. Or creating an imitation was against her morality. Or that Rarity was busy that whole day looking for that location for the branch to do so. Oh well, it needed an episode.

That was nice. Great music score my Michelle Creber, and really nice turnaround helping that colt get his cutie mark. The gag with Bulk Biceps didn't make much sense though.

Nope. I may have other summer related plans, and on top of that, going to Bronycon would expose myself.

Besides, Ashleigh never goes to Bronycon. If she's not there, that's a pretty big lack of incentive for both me and my fiancée.

That was an enjoyable episode. Granted I was getting kinda annoyed at Applebloom's attitude during it (though the song was nice) but the ending made up for it.

It went uneventfully for me. When my folks found out, my dad asked me if I was a fan of the show. I said "yes," and it ended there. Hasn't come up since.

Rari-Twi on point on disguise hopping, even Ember questioned their mobility.
Not bad for a Spike episode. Good dragon lore though.

That was probably the best Spike episode.. for once spike isn't creating a big problem for the ponies, and screwing something up..
Ember is the second likeable dragon that we've seen and there's most likely going to be a Spike X Ember shipping happening.

But the better question is.. how did Twilight and Rarity get through the obstacle? Teleportation?

Funny how I first thought the Map called Twilight and Rarity to the Dragon Lands when I saw the preview.

Fluttershy was right. That was a dumb prediction.

Fluttershy I don't remember that being mentioned anywhere or if Twilight did refer to that but attempted to do so anyways and still succeeded. If else, it's still a fairly short distance and since they're following Spike from not too far behind, I wouldn't put it behind them to appear seconds after Spike arrives.

Really enjoyed that episode. I like Ember; really hated the designs for the other dragons in Dragon Quest so she was a nice change of pace, both in design and personality. Hope she makes another appearance at some point.

Snips and Snails are among my least favorite characters.

Diamond Tiara used to have them beat. I outright hated her. Then Crusaders of the Lost Mark came along, and now they're my least favorites only because I find them to be annoying and nothing else. There isn't anything about them that I like.

Almost every other recurring character has at least something I like about them.
