...no, I'm not kidding....fictional characters though they may be, I'm so proud of them! We've learned alongside them for 5 seasons now, and my attachment to them has grown with each new episode.

On the anniversary of FiM's 5th year, it's only fitting.

This episode could've been a season finale or opener for all I care. Regardless of so few members of the mane six having extremely limited involvement in it.

Yeah, holy ****. This was extremely unexpected, if not a little overdue, but that ending was well worth the 5-ish year wait for those adorable little ****s to finally get their marks. Happy Birthday to me indeed.

Also, this would be a terrible finale. It'd be great for an episode before the finale though.

I know there's an actual thread for this game in the lighthouse, but considering the Fighting is Magic origins, gonna plug it here.

Give money to Them's Fightin' Herds. It's actually in danger of not reaching its goal, and that would make me sad.

Why so? I mean even if it stopped being about ponies, the game looks pretty solid and the idea of only hoof'ed mammals duking it out it's neat and fun.

Because it's just going to fall into obscurity like Skullgirls and every other mediocre fighter that eludes recent memory.
FiM didn't really bring anything new to the table as a fighter, and TFH looks to follow pretty much the same mechanics.

It's nothing new or innovative. It just has quadruped fighters.

I can give a positive for Fighting is Magic: The music is great. I'm particularly fond of Pinkie Pie's and Fluttershy's themes.

The music is probably my favorite part of either game. I still have all the fighting is magic themes hacked on brawl.

Same (though I play PM). A friend of mine still complains about them to this day.

But yeah, the music is the only notable aspect of the game.

It sucks that the fighting is magic music needed to be removed or hidden.
I remember going through my favorites a couple weeks ago and randomly clicked Rarity's theme only to find out the vids been on private this entire time, which explains why the tab that pops up when a vid in your favorites/likes is removed showed up.

So what do you guys think will happen in today's episode? We're getting more Applejack/Pinkie Pie which is nice. I would love it if they were confirmed as actual cousins like that Season 4 episode. I guess we are also getting a more formal meeting of Pinkie's parents, and the other Pie sisters.
