Oh dear god, somebody else who wanted those amazing tracks in the game. The 25th anniversary Zelda orchestra did some phenomenal stuff, the intro the Twilight Princess' one and the Outset Island section of the Wind Waker one are just too good. <3

But yeah, on my end, I really wish we got some Kirby's Epic Yarn music. Out of all the Kirby games, it absolutely has no form of representation whatsoever in Smash. At least a couple music tracks I could name would've been nice:

It's also a crime that Sm4sh lacks the best rendition of Better Building. Since you said existing stages, it could probably be plopped onto GCO or Dream Land, though I wish they made an Epic Yarn stage.

I totally agree; the lack of Epic Yarn content is such a shame. It has so many great tracks to choose from (I like Big Bean Vine and Melody Town).

Asking for anything from the 4kids dub of the Pokemon anime is a long shot, but we do have puzzle league (which was rereleased on the virtual console post switch) and Rachel Lillis still voicing jigglypuff. The main one I can think of for that would be "we all live in a Pokemon world" from the first puzzle battle with Gary Oak. I still like that opening theme better than "I wanna be the very best". (Hopefully I didn't just ruffle too many people's feathers lol) My favorite opener has to be Pokemon Johto though, but it's more obscure so I wouldn't expect it to make it in.

Another great Pokemon one would be the gym leader battle theme from red blue and yellow. I could see both that and "Pokemon world" on a rerelease of Saffron City for sure.

I like the mentions of Guile's and Chun-Li's theme and would love to see a release of those songs on another street fighter stage. Am I the only one disappointed by the non omega layout of Suzaku castle?

Other honorable mentions:
The enemy battle themes from the first two Paper Mario games on a remake of the stage from thousand year door. Having the audience cheer when you got a good hit in would be amazing and I dig both of those songs.

Character select screen from marvel vs capcom 2 for the menu. This is the biggest long shot, but sakurai has thrown the series name around referencing mega man. Also, music from games that never appeared on Nintendo systems have appeared. Green Hill and Windy Hill Zone have music from Sonic 06 (the only good thing to come out of that game). That still baffles me, but I can have dreams too right?

Unless it came with downloads to things other than the console I don't like the idea unless it is bundled with stages. If it was something like buy it for the Wii U/3DS you can download it form the Miiverse via PC that would be cool.

So here's my updated list of tracks (If this is too long, I can edit it and put it in a spoiler tag if you want) I have to say I was pleasantly surprised seeing Pirate Ship return, (though I was less impressed with all the reused tracks these stages have, a few I don't mind) makes me wonder what possible stage(s) they'll include next, (probably not until the ballot winner(s) are announced, I assume an unrepresented newcomer with come with their own stage as well)

I think it'd be cool to have these songs in Smash. Remixes would be neat, sure, but I'd be fine with just having the originals in too.

• Battle! (Champion) / Champion Iris (Pokemon Black 2/White 2): my favorite champion theme for my favorite champion, it reminds me a bit of Rainbow Road.
  
• Muda Kingdom/Birabuto Kingdom (Super Mario Land): either one or the other by itself or as part of a medley, I really like how cheerful both of these songs are.
  
• Grassland Groove (Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze): I'd be down with pretty much any song from Tropical Freeze being added, I really liked Dave Wise's work in that game.
• Final Boss Battle Theme (The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks): I found this song really memorable for some reason, probably because it feels to me like a cross between an overworld theme and a boss theme.

The wrench icon in the top right of the reply box lets you use the bbcode editor. At which point, you use:

to make urls. I don't know if that tag works in the rich text editor view as I've not tried it.
