Once again, being solely popular isn't enough to make the cut to be playable, and Munchlax was pretty popular too. Sakurai seems to be targeting Pokémon fans a bit here, first Deoxys, now Munchlax. Well, I guess this is the first time we saw a 4th gen Pokémon in the game right?

I knew Munchlax wouldn't be playable. He isn't as popular as he once was, especially since May left the anime with him. Oh well...at least he's....interesting?

Well how many pokes do you think will be in Brawl? Do you want Lucario or Munchlax more? With four poke characters already we shouldn't be pushing for many more. Also I believe this deconfirms Lip as well. At least we know for sure fourth generation pokes will be in the game.

I wouldn't mind seeing 6 pokemon characters thing is who they going to choose now that we have Ivysaur, Charizard, Squirtle, and Pikachu confimred. I know the first 3 are part of the Pokemon Trainer, Jigglypuff will most likely return. So hopefully we see another new playable pokemon character.
