I'm free from 3-4:30 on Thursdays. I have a class at 5.

That's pretty much it. The only other days I'm in CP are Tuesdays and Fridays.

Tuesday, I'm busy 9:30-6:15 which at that point I have plans elsewhere.

Fridays, I'd be free after 12 but I know Luckay has a class at 1.

I could probably work out a small time frame on Fridays after 2:00, but I usually go out on Fridays like yesterday we definitely couldn't have played smash.

Splendid. My class ends at 11 on Thursdays and it'd take me about 45 minutes to get parking and to CP. So I'd likely be over wherever the smashfest is at CP around 1.

There's a Brawl tournament as part of an event in the Colony Ballroom in Stamp on Friday. The event starts at 7pm, ends at midnight. The tournament starts at 10pm (and will probably be unstandard rules given the informalities). It's hosted by a joint effort from Republic of Gamers, Chess Club, Gamer Symphony Orchestra, and Terrapin Gaming Club, so there will be a lot of other things to do, and perhaps you guys can find some people more interested in playing with you guys.

Hello everyone,

On 10/14/11 from 7:00pm to midnight, the Republic of Gamers at UMD will be hosting an Epic Game Night! This will be in conjunction with the Chess Club, Gamer Symphony Orchestra, and Terrapin Gaming Club. Chess boards and a board and card gaming area will be set up along side our gaming area.

At this meeting, we will have a free-for-all from 7pm-10pm with X-Box 360, N64, and 2 Wii's. From 10pm-midnight, there will be a Super Smash Bros.-Brawl Tournament with a prize for the winner. You will also have a chance to meet other gamers with similar interests as yourself. The meeting will be in the Colony Ballroom in Stamp Student Union. Everyone is welcome! Lots of space, a projector, and my boss says i should be able to get it cheap(if anything if i can somehow get it supported, dunno what that means)

The problem is, this is under the pretense that you guys will be eating here too. It's expensive as hell, so i dunno.

Can anyone experienced in hosting halp me?

I live in St Mary's in the middle of campus, but I only have a setup for Melee... so for Minus... just a controller haha

But yea, I'm down to play on weekends. This friday I'll be off campus most of the day/afternoon, but late night friday any other day I'm down to play. Just lemme know when you want to.

HAHA eating at Ellicott Diner. If you can get the diner for like a good number of hours, and then find more people who can supply TVs, Wii's and Brawl minuses, then all you need is some advertising and a TO.
