I don't see Scary's responses as that scummy though. Of course he's going to come across as opportunistic because of the situation he's in. He didn't try to go after the wagon he thought was most likely, but the slot he thought was scum (from the looks of it, anyways). He only defaulted to Jerkus when he realized there was absolutely no other choice, and that's not scummy, either. I just don't see scum in his recent play.

I've already stated my thoughts on Jerkus.

What time is deadline exactly?

I'd rather get rid of an inactive than lynch a slot I feel is town.

It's not a specific thing, I think? He's just qualifying everything he says. "Gorf said something I agree with about Scary, but I don't know his meta so I don't know." "Xatres is a good wagon, but I don't know, could be dumb or scum." "Gheb and his push on FML worries me but I don't have a lot to work with on him so eh, whatever."

Like I said, we're his biggest scumread, and even we were, not long ago, just described as "problematic." Mac seems pretty hesitant to plant his flag anywhere too strongly.

I will say this for the sake of putting things into perspective regarding mine and Circus' attitude this game.

Yes we may be coming off emotional and a tad snarky *I know I am because I am miffed at certain players*, but the thing is: We have been pushed for quite literally all of D1 which has lasted 21 pages. We caught an early wagon by like pg 3-4 which has now turned into a 17+ pg. struggle where everytime we look at the thread someone is asking us to respond to someone, someone else has posted a case on us, or someone is just harping on us to just literally harp on us. Even with two people responding to the thread we cannot keep up to par especially since both of us are lengthy posters. We have tried to conform to what people want of us to do and when we do, we still get flak. This is just a game where we are quite literally damned if we do, damned if we don't.

I am just asking people to look at things through a different perspective and try to look at the game from our shoes. We have been trying to scum-hunt and we have been trying to answer everyone adequately and appropriately, but it's a large game. I normally do not play D1 so it's asking quite a lot of me to even give as much as I have because well it's not fun for me.

This post came about because Macman said we weren't trying to scum-hunt or mainly I wasn't and I just want to call that out as unfair and unjust. We have pushed Xatres and Circus has pushed Macman. Plus we have been looking at different avenues and asking questions. There is also the fact that I am a PoE player and connection based so I do much better as the game goes on.

Anyways, I am going to go to bed now probably so I am done for the evening. I would just suggest people look at us and the game as a whole through a different light or the game is going to incredibly down-hill from after toDay.

when I wrote the post it was just kind of a brain dump of what was going through my head about your slot in reaction to Zen's recent post. I didn't mean for it to be an argument to convince other ppl you're scum, and like I said I can understand why you'd be posting mostly in defense due to your situation.

that being said I did expect more from the multitude of your posts, I in general disliked (and still do) your non-defense posts / pushes because I didn't feel any scumhunting intent from them, like with the case of the xatres push it seemed like you were just going for low hanging fruit (which kinda goes inline with my view of how you pushed Ran and me)

you said something about me being a hypocrite cuz i mentioned how i didn't have time to critically scumhunt cuz I was responding to posts. I think you misread my initial post, I was saying that I just hadn't yet read the thread and had no context for who was scum. I had just been reading posts that had to do with me and responding to them because it was simple / doable

Macman is meh to me. The biggest point against him to me is the connection between him and Giraffes, plus a lot of his posts feel kinda hollow if that makes sense. Still, he is definitely looking a ton better than earlier in the game so Unvote

Quite nearly everyone has stated that removing meta (even Zen at one point) that I<3Giraffe is by far one of the scummiest slots in the game.

fwiw, I might have said wayyy earlier i game that I can't help but see ran as town bcuz something he said was really dumb

but I think their slot is town for reasons unrelated to meta:

• FML brought up how he doesn't see someone that changed their mind so quickly to be scum and that it kind of shows evolving / changing reads and I agreed with that.
• With many (well some -- he's posted a ****ton) of ran's posts I could see kind of where he was coming from and why he was asking the questions he was. I initially thought how they were jumping around wagons earlier in the game was suspect and ppl started giving them **** for it, so he made a post where he explained why he scumread some of the ppl he did, and the way his thoughts came to be felt genuine.
• Then I've been agreeing with many of the conclusions they raised (at least the one ryu post that I remember)

If Scary flips town, then there's definitely scum in the pool of players who aren't voting the main wagons (Rajam, Gheb, Frozen, Were). Don't want to get their hands dirty for the sake of the flip.

More importantly, there's definitely scum on Scary's wagon if he flips town. With this many players it would be almost impossible for 1 or 2 scum not to be on a mislynch wagon.

@ #HBC | Scary my reasoning for you being scum doesn't stem from triple voting. Simply replace any time I've said "our vote" with "your vote". That is my reasoning. The triple vote thing had no reasoning other than I wanted to do it.

-You were continuously asked to move your vote from Frozen, who was inactive, and in which you were getting nothing from (as you admitted yourself). You only moved your vote after I asked you.
-Jerkus made a case on Mac after I asked you to move your vote onto him. Before moving your vote, you asked me sort of like for permission to do so. You asked if we should still move our vote to Jerkus or if we should vote Mac because of the reasoning Jerkus provided. This is what primarily gave me a scum read of you. You did not think to analyze Jerkus or Mac yourself. You did not put any responsibility towards voting one way or the other.
-You are taking on no responsibility for whether or not we lynch scum today. It seems you simply don't care. The majority of your posts have been fluff. Only now after being prodded and voted for have you started to ask questions. You have no reasoning for voting Jerkus. In that "reasoning" post you made for Jerkus, you had him as null, and what even looked more like a town lean read. Despite this, you called on the HBC after I explained why we should vote him.

From the perspective of someone who has you as their #1 scumpick, it kinda felt like you were laying groundwork to draw attention off of yourself when Scary flips town.
