Assuming you didn't do poached wyvern eggs for hours on end, I'm sure the extra few 1000 (zenny? idk lol) will help out somewhere.

Farming Alatreon tails is probably the best way to get money. Tail comes off in 1-2 sleeps. Anguish with Crit Draw getting a level 3 charge on the sleeping Alatreon cuts it off very quickly. Then just die, rinse and repeat. Good way to farm gems also :)
The cutting and dying takes about a minute with 2 gunners, it takes longer to eat :(

Quest costs 5k or so I believe. Tails sell for 9800, plates still make money if you don't get tails.

They were up for a couple of hours, then it went back to the usual roster which is Double Dia this week.

Yeah, I am pretty disappointed. I don't see why they couldn't have kept up last week's events in addition to this weeks.

And also harmless.

Perhaps if you had really short range on your Pierce bowgun - although I'm not convinced that would work either. I don't know how strong your gear is, but it sounds like elemental shots are definitely the way to go.

Also: I just need two more Agnaktor Carapace to finish my Sleep Bombing gunner set

I have the most ideal Peirce spamming bowgun ATM, low range + rapid fire Peirce 2, and a shield. But yea I'm still low rank :( only HR 25.

If I could be bothered making lagi stock then I might be able to spam water shots on it but not worth the change, Peirce spamming owns too hard unless it's barioth, lagi or random low rank bosses like peco.

My biggest issue with HR grinding is that for the couple of hours I play, I only get a few matches in cuz it takes 10 years to fin a room with decent players.

The other day I was in a room with a guy HR 35, and his armour setup had NO skills active... I don get the point.

Yesterday I was in a Jho room and a HR 48 guy came in with no skills active (he didn't speak english unfortunately). When he finally gave up and left (like 20 minutes -.-), he was replaced by a HR 60+ LS in Agnak gear. HP+50 / Guard+2 / Flaming Aura does not count as a Skill Set buddy!

Moral of the story: the armour noobs don't stop...

I use Blizzard/Jhen/Chaos Wing. Full ura+, gemmed for status atk up and either guard +1 or trap master.

For the record, with that setup you'll have recoil firing sleep S 2 - you need to use a stock with better recoil (*cough*chaoswing*cough*) or get recoil down +3. I still need a stupid skypiercer (18 horn breaks and still no skypiercer. ARGH) and 2 tails to finish my ala set.

Pretty sure that'll make me a Heavy Bowgun though. Meh, I can muck around a bit. I have the Ura rubies to make the complete Uragaan+ gunner set too.

I need one webbing and some tails (lol tails) to complete my Escadora. Probs gonna make the gunner set. You don't see many male Alatreon gunner sets!

It's hackable, but I haven't seen many online.


Rad: It makes the BG heavy, but it's not particularly problematic. You can block fireballs if you can't avoid them, and you can roll out of the way of everything else.

Hey, its me the actual uploader of the video, you know, the one whose point of view the whole video is shot. I said it and i still stand by what i said about Sieg (guess she or he, i don't know, is Serane.) She is very high above average, but not enough to be in my top 10. But i think much more impressive battle i recorded that "apparently" he was in is this:

Devilhjo in about 14 minutes, maybe not one of the best times, but still a good time i would say. Still, i say this had some great teamwork in it, like our Alatreon battle.

I've recently had a lot of free time and have started a fresh file on this. I haven't taken it online because I'm enjoying the single player for now, but if anyone wants to join me that could be fun.

I'm up to the repel a Lagiacrus quest, but I have like every armour set lol.
