MK's Jab

I like Meta Knight's jab, but I can't seem to put it to good use when doing damage. Is there an effective way of getting the opponent locked into the jab other than getting them against a wall?

You have to remember that it's not like Falco or Pit's, meaning it doesn't trap for a really long time. I use mine to hold them in place for a free dsmash to get a KO when I'm not in a position to ledge guard for a KO.

i wish there was, but i cant seem to find a way. Like the grandmaster said, I use it more of a feint than anything else. I actually use it sparingly though, because most of the time tilts work better anyway.

It's a good mind game move and a great way to stun an an opponent before a Dsmash like the other poster said but other than that, it's not incredibly great.

You can jab lock someone and keep doing it for a while, or you can use it against a wall. Other than that, its MK's worst move that he has.
