MK v Falco

Sup guys? This for the Falco match-up thread, http://smashboards.com/showthread.php?p=5182928#post5182928 and we want some of your input on the match-up. What pisses you off about falco, what makes him a ***** to play against? What do ou find easy about him? Etc.

falco's bread and lazorz are a pain for a lot of metaknights usual approach options. falco has fun camping mk, but gets ***** up close due to the lag-free nature of mk. falcos up b is also very easy to gimp for mk, be mindful when you use it.

so yeah, the easiest way to win is to stay away from, and keep away the **** with lazorz
That being said, actually taking meaknight out can give you a really hard time.

First off, because you've never played me

Anyway, I think falco has the advantage here because of his lazor **** and sick combos. Falco can easily SHDL>CG>spike>FSJ>Spike, or just Spike the first time if you're lucky.

A good falco can combo a MK's tiny, mask-covered *** to 70+ percent from 0%, and shield-grabbing is ridiculously easy with MK, despite what aother newbs say.

Don't get me wrong, MK is one tough sonofab*tch, but I think the only reason MK has such a high tourney tier is because if the tournies are 33% MKs, they're going to have more victories than the -10% of every other character...just saying...

I can't give much input since I haven't fought A LOT of good Falcos, but generally speaking, he can CG MK up to ~40, lasers can stop certain approaches REAL easily (including the tornado) and his Bair and Dair beat most, if not all of MK's aerials.

Personally I think this is either 50/50 or 45/55 in MK's favor. I do think Falco is one of the better characters to use for fighting MKs.

IMO MK has advantage over falco because MK cant be chaingrabbed up to too much damage because hes very light, laser spam very hard to hit because MKs so small, and MK outranges falco. falco has advantage on power and priority tho. id say 50:50
