Yeah, we'll def see about coming then. San Anton is a our shortest drive, so it's not a big hassle to head down there for the weekend. We'll probably need housing though.

And I'll see about bringing a TV. I have a really nice 20" that works nicely.

Kyle: I'll go ahead and post up on any calibur fourms that you haven't touched yet. Also, I'll go ahead and help out with SF4 and Calibur, that'll take 2 of the 6 tournaments off your plate.....but i did have a few questions....

1: How big is the space that the convention is going to be held at.

2: How much room are the VG Section going to have

3: How many TV's (that are guaranteed...) do you plan on having there...?

4: How do you plan on running the tournament SOOO closely matched together....?

That is all for now...i do know that Cliff would want us to meet up and provide him info and feedback on what's going until the tournament. And since CW has recently acquired a new vehicle....*smiles* it'll be ALOT easier for me to travel to Gamelot once a week if needed to.

anywho....hello everyone else...i sure did miss you guys and all the **** talking i did at the tournaments. But we need to make sure that this is a HUGE event, since i'm not too sure about what Kyle wants to do for April, since that's also a busy month for TX.

1: It's going to be in a full size gym, with a few side rooms for the panels and stuff.

2: We should have a decent chunk of space to ourselves, but I'd have to talk to the con chair to see EXACTLY how much space.

3: I can't say guarenteeed TVs (I don't know if Cliff is gonna help with any)

4: I do need to update the schedule very much so

5: April is gonna be a ***** but I think we might be able to do: Brawl, Melee, SF4 and SC IV if we have a good date (if there is a single free weekend at all in April )

I've made some significant changes in the OP. I hate to say I have put some games on the cutting block mainly because Cliff, the gamelot owner, is the main man providing the tvs and other equipment, so he has control over this.

I no longer can discount the badge, but I can offer full discounts on the venue fee at future Gamelot events.

Other games are still welcome and since there will be lots of people there, spur of the moment events are still very possible.

Sorry if anyone is upset at the changes I've had to make.

I mean, you can just ask the opponent if they wanna go about the striking system.
So long as both parties agree to the way the level is selected, there should be no reason to worry.

Besides, most, if not all of the regular San Antonio players would rather stage strike.
