Honestly I would only consider such a variation if it was in a game much like my Hearts Mafia experimental: where there's a time limit involved and lynches happen even without full majority, but not with the locking. Locking your votes for any reason sounds so gross

I don't mind having the person with the most votes lynched if you didn't reach majority. That rule can mess you about, but it serves you right for not reaching a consensus.

When I found out we weren't doing the locking thing, I just assumed we were doing normal voting.

The locking thing I actually don't think has any merit other than getting lynches quicker. The idea that because I am voting for one dude, another dude can get lynched (whereas if I wasn't voting the lynch wouldn't happen) is completely bonkers to me.

^ Noted... Having a PR as town is weird to me cause I feel like I'm restricted in my desire to look obvtown (which apparently I'm decent at) without caring about being NKed.

It's like a balancing act... You have to make it obvious enough that you're town to avoid getting lynched while not making it TOO obvious to everyone that you're town so that you don't run the risk of getting NKed.

nah play the game exactly the same.depending on who you are playing with and people's perceptions of you will dictate how obvtown you wanna look. I can usually get away with how obvtown i look because people think I'm not a strong player or they want to get the rykers and marshys out of the way first.

Thanks! Like i said i can usually snag peoples alignments pretty damn early especially when they are town. I think i get peoples thought processes and behaviors diwn pretty easily. And I'm pretty solid at directing na's as well ha ha

I still enjoyed this game. If you want to run another, get someone to co-host with you, that way you don't have to worry about messing up. I messed up the actions first time I ran a game.

Also no need to apologize Vinyl as long as you learned, people make mistakes (like that time I gave two people MVP in my game because I didn't know how much stock people gave it and Dgames threw a ****storm). It was fun to be a part of regardless even if the mechanics were screwed up.

Once i get into AiT(job training) i should be allowed to get back online and I'll defs be back. This is the one game i've found where i actually have to use my brain and i enjoy the logistics of it and the community too mmuch to not come back

Whatever Vinyl, Gheb self protecting is broken but it dosen't matter in the first place since TRG bingo'd Gorf (real good **** for this btw TRG, anyone else would have copped m), so don't worry about it.

Set up is kinda in town's favor, but even if it wasn't town still would have won it.

I'm glad that my reads were as amazing as ever. Switching Kary from a scum read to a town read. Considering going down the path of JDietz and Orbo (reason why I was rereading). Yep, good as ever.

I actually had a blast this game. Don't get down on yourself,you did a real solid job with the modding and all you really did was forget the lock thing. et an outside consultant on things like the self doccing because someone like gheb will totally prioritize themselves over every other living soul.
