So regarding the newest screen. I said this twice before but no one responded. Does anyone think that Lucario is doing his down b out of shield? The little sphere makes me think so. and Marth is doing the shield breaker move. So to me it seems plausible that doing attacks out of shield may be possible. I think you could only jump and grab out of shield before right? I'm probably over-speculating.

Yeah the sphere was weird to me too but I just kind of dismissed it since I"m not aware enough of stuff to speculate correctly haha. Performing specials out of shield would be an interesting addition. Maybe it could just be defensive techniques such as counters and reflectors and stuff?

But of course there is the collision affect that D-idara mentioned to consider.

Yea there was a very small effect in brawl for his double team... I just looked... Its still not as big as in this pic. I guess they just made it bigger.

It might be because lucario might have much damage. I can see the range and speed of the counter increasing and having less start up lag, and having more counter time, when lucario is at higher percentages

Well I do except diddy but your not completely alone I mean In my head one part of my head is saying pokemon x and y reveal day all over again or either Dixie or king k rool

Thing is Sakurai IS kind of that predictable in terms of revealing characters based on releases. Compare Olimar, Luigi, Toon Link, Sonic, Zelda, and Dedede to the lack of reveal when X and Y came out.

Now, you can of course point to the random reveals of Peach, Marth, and Lucario, but even then there's definitely been more times that we were able to see the character coming than there was times we were off.
