Lucario is very slightly heavier than average; I think he actually ties Mario in weight in Brawl (some people define that as midweight itself, but more characters are ligher than Mario than otherwise; if memory serves, the actual middle ranking in Brawl is a tie involving Ness). Likewise, in Brawl, aura caps at 170%, and a neutral aura is 70% damage. All of this could be tweaked for the new game, but this is the baseline.
These tweaks look powerful for Lucario, but I have to stress that there's no reason to believe they're broken. Every bit of footage we've seen so far suggests kill moves are very powerful in this game, more so than either Brawl or Melee. If that remains true and wasn't just an artifact of early development, that's really bad news for Lucario so these buffs may be designed to counter-act that. I suggested this earlier in this topic of course, but I figured I should iterate the point a bit more clearly. We don't know the full balance context of this game, but I'm inclined to trust Sakurai and certainly know that sometimes characters need to move ahead and grow stronger just to avoid losing ground. When that doesn't happen, you can easily get Brawl Captain Falcon (for those who don't know, Captain Falcon is overall probably the least changed character from Melee to Brawl), and we all know how badly that turned out.
