This is never a good idea, and it really fundamentally misunderstands how Lucario works. Lucario's aura gets stronger from taking damage; SDing is basically the worst possible thing Lucario can ever do as it resets the main part of aura (the damage factor) to the lowest value of 0. Yes, being at a stock disadvantage can give an aura boost, but it's far smaller than the damage factor so you're still going to see a net drop of power unless you SD'd at a very low damage which actually makes most SDs actually more punishing for Lucario than for other characters. In the case that you really were at very low damage, just think about what throwing away a full stock means. You're now down a full stock, and even if you play perfectly and take their current stock without being hit at all, you're right back where you started. Doing anything less than that puts you worse off than if you had just not SD'd; you'll have perhaps some aura power-up from getting hit, but you'll also combo worse for having your aura charged (which against a freshly respawned opponent at 0% is a big deal) and even more you're still closer to having lost that stock than you would be at lower damage since, at lower damage, you could trade hits with them to get to that damage with the bonus of also damaging the opponent.

In short, no, SDing is never going to be a good strategy for Lucario unless the aura mechanics are completely reworked to be something really different from what they are in Brawl and also something pretty awful. We have no reason to believe anything like that so you can rest easy.

Moves have taken the last few days, so personally I'm feeling a stage . Or elaborating on a stage we already know about.

Anyone else sometimes forget that Olimar, Sonic and Pikachu are in the game :(

I feel that there might be an update on either a stage, an item, a move or a joke image. Not sure, though. We'll see in a couple of minutes.

Well the "Wii U" label is put over the picture by the site's code so unless the picture was "secretly uploaded" and viewed by someone then screenshot I don't see how it makes much sense.

Nope. Kind of obnoxious, but nothing I wouldn't do.
My issue is that you immediately lied about it when everyone simultaneously called it out.

Also, "LOLOL" can only be used here to try to distance yourself from the "conflict," and it isn't working.

Question. DKTP is coming out at the end of Feb. We've seen 2 characters a month lately. So what are the odds we get a veteran or something BEFORE the assumed Diddy Kong reveal?

Tropical Freeze comes out next week in Japan, actually. Plus there's an assumed direct sometime this month. I'm hoping for Snake.

Oh right. Forgot about Japane releases. Hm... what if we got 2 characters in the Direct? And no I don't mean Diddy/Dixie duo as 1 character.

Well if we do get a character in a direct, it'd probably be someone high profile. So either a newcomer or Snake. Or y'know, another Luigi. Well it was the Year of Luigi though...

I mostly want to see Snake as soon as possible just to see the reactions so people will shut up about him being "cut."

As cool as that would be, I doubt we would get two newcomers in any non-E3 direct. Sakurai said he wants all the newcomers to have their own specific clips and I doubt they would spend enough time on any normal direct for two different Smash trailers. Although, maybe we can hope for a Smash specific direct eventually like the Pokemon direct last year?
