Saw this coming...

Google Translate puts this to:
"One piece today. Wadodan of time, compared to the size of the case of the maximum in the case of the minimum-wave maximum for Lucario. As well as size, power for speed I'm growing."

"Pic of the day. A size comparison of Lucario's standard special attack, Aura Sphere, in its weakest and strongest states. The attack is faster and more powerful when the Aura Sphere is bigger."

Geez...the sphere is massive. Larger than Lucario himself!

With an Aura Sphere of that size, Sakurai most certainly wasn't kidding when he said "a damaged Lucario is truly a force to be reckoned with."

What a messy Google translation

Sakurai commented down on the feed of the Japanese Miiverse. Does it say anything different?
"In addition, it becomes the notation "wave" in the "Pokemon" This volume, but take the agreed notation "-wave" in the movie as "Smash Bros.".

Not sure what this means.

I'm glad that high-damage Aura Sphere has a better chance of hitting someone now.

He's secretly laughing about us people in the mericas needing to stay up late for the pic and how the japanese will get smash first regardless.

Now that Im a Lucario fan, as of with Brawl I wasnt, Im excited to see how he plays. Seems to be getting some nice and much needed buffs. Only hope Mega Lucario makes an appearance.

Is it me or does Aura Sphere look like Shadow Ball now?

I'm loving the new Aura element. it looks so much better than those stupid blue flames he had in brawl.

Imagine the hitbox on that thing, like damn that's huge. Though something tells me the speed and range might be the same as Brawl's Aura Sphere.

Definitely a cool update, Lucario's aura looks really threatening now. This change makes sense too. In Brawl, characters survived a lot longer due to the ability to cancel hitstun and slower overall gameplay. Now that juggle combos are seemingly back, the game is sped up, and the other characters are getting buffed too it will be harder to survive at high percentages. The effect is unlikely to last as long in a match.

I'm imagining Villager stuffing that big Aura Sphere in his pocket.

So 2 things came to my mind.

1. If Lucario and Villager had some sort of Anubis strat, it's going to be really scary seeing 2 of those Giant Aura Spheres.

2. You could just PICK Villager to counter this giant Aura Sphere.
