We're pretty sure the neutral B is the item grab (I think that might be confirmed), and that the down B is probably the digging/planting of a tree/plant.

I just gotta say that if that is the Villager's forward B and his entrance, then the Villager has ridiculous style skills, and should automatically win every "bonus mode" game.

First characters I plan on using when I get the game are Bowser and Villager.

New Bowser is awesome.

Or, he misread the letter that got sent to him too. His insanity might have increased during the long periods of time he spent away from his home while traveling to the World of Smash.

He eventually gave up, but by that time he became insane. He thought he was home, but he was really in the world of Smash.
