Nope. It's caused me a handful of the sorts of the deaths that lead to items being banned in tournaments with randomly spawning exploding capsules.

Unavoidable explosive death by random item spawning(UEDBRIS?) is seriously one of the main reasons I prefer melee over Brawl. In the sense that it happens waaaaaaay more often in Melee and I ******* love it. I could certainly see why most people would find it annoying though. But for me, the more I randomly explode the better.

Already see a LOT of people complain about this, sigh. Anyways, really wanna know more about how this Pikmin stage will work. ^^

In the very least, I am sure the Smash Ball will be even more flashy in motion than in Brawl. ^^ Still surprised we've not seen it at all yet, outside of Villager's art.

Also, still Think it's a Little weird that the Sandbag didn't get a new design. ^^

Sandbag's beautiful the way he is. He shouldn't have to change for anyone.

Why would Sakurai change Sandbag's already perfect design? I find Sandbag quite adorable, you see.

He was seen on Little Mac's trailer, but his role is still unknown. Probably will be the same as Brawl, which will likely be confirmed in a random pic of the day.

Don't get me wrong, his design is already perfect. ^^ I just thought it was odd since all other (so far) Smash unique items have gotten new designs.

Also, let's say Yoshi is revealed tomorrow. What will happen?

1: Yoshi, with Baby Mario. Very new moveset.
2: Yoshi, with Baby Mario. Mario is only for looks.
3: Yoshi by himself, but with new moveset.
4: Yoshi. No noticable Changes from Brawl.

If number 4, Yoshi would have to be like, "why did Bowser get his posture improved, while I still look like a hunchback".

Yoshi should stay the same with some tweaks here and there. If Sakurai wants to shine, the Babies should be alternate costumes and only for aesthetics but I don't think that will happen.

Here's hoping Yoshi will get a Bowser treatment and thus be tweaked a lot! Hopefully the long absense of him will end up being something good.

We've had a good week so far. If we get Yoshi tomorrow then it will be a really good week... But it's not good enough... Not even close... Not even close to actually playing the game!!!! GAAAHHH!!! Just hurry up already!!!!! Harrumph...

But seriously I was surprised at first with all the redesigns but then I realized that the items got redesigned in each game anyways. I guess these designs set themselves apart more than previous designs.

No Nintendo Direct this week but we're still 8 out of 9 for the month and likely to be 5 out of 5 for the week when it comes to new updates. Off the monthly check list, we still don't have a new item, assist trophy, or pokeball so we should be getting these fairly soon. Speaking of check lists, I guess the only original items (not including containers) we have left now are the fan and beam sword.
