Metroid Dread Spirit event to come to Smash Ultimate

While the last character for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will release on October 18th, fans still have Spirit Board Events to look forward to. Metroid Dread, the newest Metroid game, is getting a spirit board event. This event will contain three spirits.

The announcement did not give out any other details about the three spirits. We opted to not include the names of the spirits for all who want to experience Metroid Dread spoiler free.

Metroid Dread releases on October 8th for Nintendo Switch.

Author's Note: Honest thoughts? I thought we weren't getting new spirits. Now? I guess we'll see. What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments!

I wonder how long we're gonna continue to get Spirit Events.
Does it stop with Sora? Will we continue to get them until the Switch is retired?
Probably somewhere in the middle. Like, til the end of 2022.
