When you ledge jump covering yourself with Dair is a safe option. When you run out of jumps, use DCape to mix up your landing instead of just landing which you got punished for in the first game. When you read an airdodge, try to punish it with Tornado rather than a single Uair or Bair or something (our dmg per hit is pretty low so getting all the dmg you can get is important). Speaking of which, if you have grabbed them at the ledge at mid % or higher, use Uthrow or Bthrow instead of Dthrow for more damage. Then, when you Uthrow, they usually try to jump over you so punish that. Battlefield is not a very good stage for us because of the high ceiling which is why you found it hard to kill with Uair combos.
You kept missing DA > Tornado at 0% because that mainly works on fast fallers, floaty characters can jump out; you got wafted for that in game 4. Also you usually hit the 2nd or 3rd hitbox of DA which are harder to combo tornado off of at 0% especially vs floaties, so aim for the 1st hitbox (the one which crosses up shields).
At 4:10:50 you Dtilted G&W's shield then used Ftilt (looking for an Up-B kill?), I would have kept Dtilting it or rolled behind him and kept Dtilting since it is very safe on shield; although it wasn't spaced, G&W's OOS options aren't very good.
When you Bair to Dtilt locked the opponent in the first game, you Dtilted once and then used dash attack, then they had good DI and were able to airdodge the Uair followup. If you Dtilt once or twice more, then follow up with Utilt (which combos into Uair at later %s), it is harder to DI to get away from the Uair followup so you may have killed him with that.
At 4:07:18 I think you could have got another Uair if you had delayed it a bit and that probably would have killed. Same thing against G&W at 4:10:05.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: Also, make sure you're using either L/R/Z jump or claw grip with C-stick on attack when doing Uair combos. You can get like twice the horizontal air speed and cover their DI much more easily.
