Md/Va Crew Power Rankings -- Happy New Years

EDIT: Honestly, if you're going to have a crew PR, then base it solely on crew battles.

This in turn leads into more crew battles occurring, more competition, and perhaps even the formation of more crews.

Which then makes this game more ... fun.

As far as any argument about the crew not having their players at a MD/VA tourney to represent, answer this question: What good is an inactive player, let alone crew, to the community? No johns. A crew is as strong as its weakest link.

With this said, the representation FNB will have tomorrow at Bolt's will challenge every other crew to a crew battle, $2 each.

As for everyone else, cry some more.. that's all MD/VA is good at anyway. If you could see the point system and how it is layed out, you wouldn't be crying because it is you that caused the placement.

Your crew is defined by all your players, not just your BEST. You shouldn't have your low players in the crew if you feel they are not needed, what is the point? June you can't just rate a crew off of the top players because you in fact have other players to take into account. If a crew accepts a crew battle, then that's how it was accepted. Do not deny that factor.

This was an experiment to see how things would go, Lil B was right.. all it was going to be was flames. Nobody can ever just accept a system and abide by it, everyone else is right and if it doesn't go their way, it is wrong. Hate away haters, it is what it is.. if you want to see things change, DO BETTER FGTS.

The list will be updated in March. Good luck and I look forward to seeing more crew battles.

Who else should be in charge? It came down to 5 members from every active crew in the region. I am not the only one with an opinion on this matter K9.

There is no easy way to rank crews, so two of the five panelists came up with the point system.

If this will help, I will point how the points work, and you can add them up yourself. There is many changes to be made and this is pretty much a beta. We also plan to have 2 members of each crew participate in the Discussion to better benefit everyone.

Here is how things went down:

MD/VA Crew PR Point System

Crew Rankings:
Event only counts if it is 4v4 or more.
Crew Victory: 20 Points
Crew Loss: 5 Points (for participation)
Beat the Top Ranked Crew (The Originals): 30 Points
Top Ranked Crew only earns 10 points per victory.
*Place Top 10 in OoS Tournament: 2 Points (Per Person)

Singles Placement:
Event only counts if there are 15 or more players entered.
1st: 8 Points
2nd: 5 Points
3rd: 4 Points
4th: 2 Points
5-9th: 1 Points (Depending on 15+ Player Turnout for event)

Doubles Placement (w/Crewmate):
Event only counts if there are 8 or more teams.
1st - 10 points
2nd - 8 points
3rd - 6 points
4th - 4 points
5th - 2 points

Doubles Placement (w/out Crewmate):
Event only counts if there are 8 or more teams.
1st - 7 points
2nd - 5 points
3rd - 3 points
4-5th - 1 point

There will be additions and changes as things progress, I can't stress enough that this was just an experiment to see how things would go. The goal was to inspire crews to want to crew battle. I thought we were going to do something good for this community, but from the looks of it, if your a nobody, your a nobody.. and everyone frowns upon that.
