Are all going to be in the 45-55 to 55-45 range. There really isn't any solid advantage for any char in these mus. (except snake maybe)

EDIT: IS icies still their 60-40 advantage? Wasn't it figured out that we can pivot grab their desynched blizzards? Isn't that olis major problem in the mu?

Here's a general message or everyone though. When deciding what goes on the matchup chart, opinions will be weighted. I'll consider mostly tournament performance and activity in the oli boards. Not to say that if you're new your opinion won't count. It really does. Some opinions do count a little more though.

I didn't list Big/Large Advantages, only Even, Advantage, or Disadvantage. Just for reference, anything I normally would put as 55:45 or 45:55, I list as even. Anything that is a 60:40 or worse I list as an advantage or disadvantage.

I'm new to several matchups, so if I'm wrong don't bash me too roughly =)

Also, just to make things easier, once everyone's opinions are on here, why don't we discuss reasons tier by tier? More bite sized as opposed to eating the entire Brawl Burger at once

I appreciate Hilt and Dahighii for actually doing it correctly.

I'd rather not that you guys use small advantage/disadvantage and big advantage/disadvantage.

Please don't use those terms. Please. Redo your posts or something.

@ Dabuz: This is more of a once in a while thing. It measures how we change our viewpoints over time. I just find it interesting to check up on people's thoughts.

Basically I out camp him then when he approaches me on the ground, i f smash or pivot grab, when he approaches me from the air, i'll probably run away with pivot grabs but if i see a chance to Uair or Usmash i will. In order to out camp him it's stage dependent so strike ps1 and BF, Ban japes. ggs lol

yeah, i play a pretty good yoshi all the time and i can say that all of this is true.

like most MUs, we have nothing on him close range.

also his sex kick *****, it isn't as bad as luigis by any means, but it still tears though ****,
also it leads to a jab like coud said.

yoshi can also recover rather safely with the super armor frames on his 2nd jump.

imo it's probably 45:55 in yoshi's favor, it's almost even, our fsmash shuts down his ground approaches, but follow-ups are hard to do on him due to the priority on his aerials and his overall good aerial mobility.
on the ground you shouldn't be trying to get a grab too much since he can just break our armorless grabs. since yoshi will be approaching though the air for the most part, just watch his landing and try to punish it with pivot grabs. never try to shield grab yoshi, you'll get jabbed.

what do i need to do to be considered credible to be taken seriously? I would give tourney results but i haven't made a tournament since whobo where i placed 33rd out of 100+ and i've improved drastically since then. I have one this Saturday, and i'm feeling unstoppable now that i know every MU. I always have seemed to have got MUs i don't even know in my bracket D: but i now feel extremely confident

I don't mean to sound like an *** again but some of the top olimars aren't as great as you'd think. the times they've placed really high was probably the same reason ESAM placed high, he got a bracket of the MUs he knew best.

Denti, if you want to be taken seriously, actually contribute to the matchups that you claim you know. Nobody's going to think you know what you're talking about if you don't put forth the effort to allow others to see what you apparently know. So far all I've seen are empty claims. If putting forth the effort is too much for you, don't whine when people don't take you seriously.
