Match up help

I am having lots of problems Vs Kirby. It seems as thougt I cannot knock him out if my life depended on it. Why is this? Are my hits not hitting as hard as they do because i am using them to much?

I have no idea whats going on. I just know yesterday I was smashing a kirby at 145% and he would not DIE!!!

Any tips for this?

What bengalz said. Let me take a random stab at it.
You've used your fsmash more than 15 to 20 times per stock?
You were smashing Kirby on final d toward the far end of the stage and it was a competant player who actually DI'd.
You weren't tipping the fsmash either of course.
You never once used dolphin slash out of shield.
You didn't try and get a star K.O. with usmash/utilt/uair

Am I getting close?
Just a little?

I don't see how he's being a jerk. He probably did use His kill moves too often.
