I tried out and it works with:

fair side b fair
fair side b uair
fair side b bair (not sure if the hitbox comes out)
fair side b nair (no hitbox)
fair side b neutral b (lol)

It is possible to land all three hits, depending from DI (at least with fair/uair at the end)

Sorry, but I've seen it before. Still, good job finding it on your own.

You know, we've already disscussed why this isn't really a good combo before. We also have a search function that can be used before making topics like this.

The forward-B has virtually no stun, so you will get smacked around if you use this much. Also, the forward-B is only "floaty" under specific conditions. You cannot do these combos multiple times in a row because they don't properly end the "jump cycle."

See this thread I made a while back for what constitutes a "jump cycle."

I think I was the first one to bring up FAir -> side+B -> FAir in this thead: http://smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=106689

It's an interesting thing, I think; in theory, against a shieldgrabber waiting for you to land after your attacks, you can approach him with the first FAir then use a reverse side+B to get behind his shield and attack him at the same time. After that you can either FAir again then land, or just fastfall and grab.

This 3 hit combo is probably useless, and you will find very little use of it in a real fight. The only use of >b is the >b combo (which is awesome), needle combo, or just interupt move. If you must use it, you just do the short hop double fair normally, and add the >b in between the two fairs, you gota do it fast though.

Also, since the >b move doesn't give the opponent lag, they can hit you right after it if you don't react quickly, thats why this combo is rarely used. The >b combo is a different story since its fast.

? this is new? ive been using this for months lol... not as a combo, tho. it's virtually useless if used that way. i use it for mindgameslike when someone wants to sheild grab, to keep me afloat, long enough to make them miss the grab, short enuffto punish the missed grab with a second fair. proper spacing goes without saying, of course. otherwise you'll get grabbed during the side b, dependin on the character. but mindgames are the only thing i use this for. if you try to actually combo with this? you will most likely be punished....still useful for mindgames tho
