Marth's dash attack has enough priority to damage MK's tornado when he's in the middle of it, Marth's Down B, Counter, can be used in any situation.
It can stop mach tornado easily of course, it shuts down MK's airials, and easy to do with practice. Just jump towards MK like your going to try and use a Fair and use counter when your close, if the MK doesnt take the bait, switch it up next time and use a Fair.
Don't bother trying to jump of the stage to edge gaurd MK, just place yourself near the edge, or stand back where marth's tip can reach over the edge and pound MK when he gets close.
Even against an actually smart meta knight, marth can easily handle MK.
