i agree with gheb's fos on marc just because marc is suggesting macman's inactivity is contradictory to his character altho in this kind of setup (marathon) and the circumstances as of now it's more likely that macman is just unavailable rather than being intentionally gone

so my guess is marc is attempting to validate his vote on Macman on a basis that doesn't quite establish itself in this game and the setup we are in
