Time for another of mine.

The Great Gonzo

Description:
The Great Gonzo is a renowned member of the Muppet Theatre, known for his reckless stunts, his love for a chicken and his unknown origin of species. Originally a shy background actor, Gonzo has become a recognised member of the Muppets. Since then, he has found a taste for adventure and excitement, becoming a rather eccentric and reckless person. He is infatuated with a chicken named Carmella. In the Muppet Theatre, Gonzo performs suicidal stunts which he finds exhilirating, although he is often made fun of by the two old hecklers of the theatre, Statler and Waldorf. In recent times, Gonzo is believed to be an alien as he was visited by his extraterrestrial family in Muppets in Space.

Alternate Costumes: Gonzo's costume changes into green or blue.

B Up: Cannon Fire - Gonzo leaps into a small cannon and is fired upwards into the air. The cannon remains for five seconds and can be used by another fighter to also be fired into the air.
B Down: Chicken Dance - Gonzo tosses out a chicken which leaps about and attacks opponents. Up to three chickens can appear at a time.

Final Smash: Super Cannon
Gonzo summons a massive cannon which sucks in all the fighters, including Gonzo. The cannon also sucks in any explosive items (except Electrode) as well. After three seconds, the cannon will fire. While Gonzo automatically survives, the other characters are smashed offscreen although they may survive depending on how low their damage percentage is.

Shield: Gonzo manages to defend himself using his cape as a shield.

Victory Pose
Pose 1: Gonzo is shot out of a cannon and crashlands, smiling goofishly.
Pose 2: Gonzo laughs and gives two thumbs up.
Pose 3: Gonzo tosses Camilla into the air and catches her.
Losing Pose: Gonzo lies on the ground looking dazed.

Kirby Hat: Kirby gains Gonzo's hemlet and trademark hooked nose.

Stage: The Muppet Theatre

The Muppet Theatre is a relatively large stage. There are only four platforms, two on the viewing boxes on either side of the stage, the stage itself and the balcony above the stage. Chairs in the front row can be picked up and tossed at opponents. Statler and Waldorf, two old hecklers, pop up on the right-hand platform and may force a fighter off the platform. Some familiar Muppets may appear on the stage occassionally. Miss Piggy may leap down into the fight and attack a random fighter; Animal does the same thing but more agressively. Fozzie Bear and Kermit the Frog appear but do not affect the battle.

So how soon after tomorrow are the winners announced?

The first post says it will be determined by a jury. So do we vote or does a jury decide? Tell me now!

After playing a little old-school Megaman, I decided to change PROTOMAN's Down B. After all, certain things just have to be implemented in certain movesets. See what you think. As always, feedback makes you awesome.

Waiting for you to slip up.
I think Shy Guy, Meme Man are good.

Now that my narcissism is out of the way...

Weird Al, Aqua Teen, Weegee, Sora, Black Knight, Super Eraser, The Thing, most of the original characters, Bulleta, and a some more.

Haven't taken the time to look through ALL 114 pages yet.

I have some ideas that I'm working on, but I'll wait for 3.0 to post them. It won't feel polished enough with only 1 day left and multiple characters to work on.

*sending Sundance lots of apple pies on Pi Day, as
Descriptions of the entries I made (since everyone else did it some time ago):

Hariyama: Page 29 (My personal favorite, this pokemon entry was basically a life's work for me. Believe it or not, he appeared in not one, but TWO subspace stories, one from IvoryFlame(!), and the other by the Commander Blitzkrieg! My most memorable moment with him was a rant I made after no one commented on him; about five people did just that afterwards, and just now I realized that I didn't comment on their's. Can't do that now though (sorry). )

Ever Grande City: Page 29 (This was supposed to be Hariyama's Home Stage. In the pokemon games, Hariyama were found inside the cave. Basically, it's very visual)

Skarmory: Page 72 (I'm not if this entry would count, since the pokemon rule was established, but since I reserved him before the rule (i think), I'm adding him anyway. Only one person comented on him (which, thankfully, made me happy), but I expected more. Seriously, He is the most WTF character because of this one fact you should (already?) know: He's a bird!!!! Anyway... I did this character mainly for that and also beacuse I did a 3rd gen character and wanted a 2nd gen to balance things out.)

Goldenrod city <----> Magnet Train <----> Saffron City: Page 72 (Just to clarify, It's a revised version of Saffron City in SSB with a train to Goldenrod (A mirror version of Saffron) and back. It's also very visual and is Skarmory's home stage.)

Dimentio: Page 108 (I... don't know what to say. Long story short: my 12 year old cousin found out what I was doing (I used his laptop) and, as a Dimentio fan, wanted me to create him. He made a threat that he 'll give the silent treatment if I didn't do it... so I did, since I meet him often. My cousin says, "I'm really happy that my cousin did this for me." So I'm glad. Anyway, I admit I barely played his game and had to think. Thankfully, my cousin interpreted some his moves for me. So... yeah. Also mentionable is that Ivory Flame(!), the creator of one of the subspace stories, changd parts of it to INCLUDE Dimentio. I was in shock (along with my cousin) about his inclusion(?) in this great story.)

Dimension D: Page 108 ( Just read it. I can't explain to you about this. (Too much typing for me in one day.))

I got another character!
----------------------------

Marina Liteyears

Description: Marina Liteyears is an Ultra-Intergalactic-Cybot G, created by Professor Theo. She mainly uses punches and grab-attacks in fights and loves justice.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Someone did Marina, well that means I don't have to do her now :).

I thought to myself, I was forgetting someone that I really wanted to do, I was like "Oh shoot, it's Marina."

If there is ONE(or maybe a couple) of reasons I want to see Marina in Super Smash Bros, it's when she says anything like:

1. Shake-shake - Her famous line.

2. Nooo!!!!

3. Stooopp!!

4. Woohoo!

Anything she says, I really like. Wow, they really need to bring Mischief Makers to Virtual Console or make a sequel, BRING BACK HER VOICE ACTRESS too because that voice was really good.

Anyway, I'm almost done with Subaru(which I mentioned I would do, when I posted Nanoha), all I need is to decide on how her Neutral - B works.

I'll post it in about an hour.

I altered Gonzo at the suggestion of Commander Blitzkreig - I changed his entrance and B Side, as they were a bit too Wario-like.

I'm leaving here soon, so I need to go ahead and vote. I like Ren and Stimpy and Yoshimitsu (Obviously). Of the OTHER entries, I like Wierd Al, ATHF, Tabuu, and Meme Man. So count that as you will.

Subaru Nakajim:

Background info: A 15 year old girl with magical powers. She uses rollerblades called "Mach Caliber", and her weapon is Revolver Knuckle. Similar to Nanoha's weapon, "Raising Heart", her weapons can use Cartridges to boost Subaru's power and speed, her Rollerblades can also talk.

She's from the same universe/show as Nanoha. Subaru admires (Adult) Nanoha, since Nanoha saved her, when Subaru was younger.

As a fighter, she uses a combination of melee attacks and some ranged attacks as well.

Table of Contents:
I. Stats
II. Regular attacks, tilts, and smashes
III. B Moves
IV. Final Smash
V. Taunts/Victories

I. Stats:

Height/Size - Around Marth's height.

Weight- Medium but a little on the heavy side.

Strength(Damage/Knockback) of Attacks - Good.

Attack Speed - Fast.

Attack Range - Short, except for a few attacks which have medium-long range.

Walking speed- Same as Captain Falcon.

Running speed- Same as Captain Falcon. She uses "rocket"(and some magic) powered Rollerblades so she is fast as Captain Falcon.

Falling Speed- Same as Marth.

Jump height/speed - Medium/Medium.

Dash start speed/stop speed - Fast/Fast. Because she uses sort of a "rocket" powered Rollerblades, which brakes, she can start her dash and stop quickly.

Wall jump, wall cling, crouch, etc - Can crouch and slide.

After running(letting go of the control stick after running), she "slides" for 1 second, this is both an advantage and a disadvantage. She can basically dash and use any of her attacks while running because of the "slide".

Though because of this, players may accidentally move farther than they intended with sliding.

Sliding can be canceled by moving the control stick the opposite direction she's sliding.

Pros:
Very fast running speed.
Her recovery is very great because she has two moves which help her recovery.
Has a projectile.
Her attacks are good.
Sliding lets her use any of her attacks while she's dashing.

Cons:
Most of her B attacks requires charging to be effective.
Her projectile loses power as it travels.
Most attacks have short range.
She's not (Young) Nanoha, so she's a big target because she's older.
Sliding may cause her to move farther than the player intended.

II. Regular attacks, tilts, and smashes:

Note1: I'll put the speed attack next to the name. Slow, normal, fast, and extreme are the speed of attacks. Extreme speed would be like Metaknight's attacks(very fast).

Speed refers to how quickly the attack is executed and how much lag the attack has after attacking.

1. Neutral AAA(Fast) - She punches with her left hand, then her right hand, then knees.

Tilts:
2. Tilt Up(Fast) - She does an uppercut which releases an explosion. It has the same range and damage radius as Link's Smash Up(for comparison).

3. Tilt Side(Fast) - Subaru does a roundhouse kick, the roundhouse kick causes an explosion upon impact.

4. Tilt Down(Normal) - She crouches and punches the ground in front of her, causing a small explosion.

Smashes:
5. Smash Up(Fast) - Subaru does a flash kick, which is, she does a backflip while kicking (along with her flip). Attack range is 180 degrees. So she attacks enemies all around her.

Depending on what part of the animation hits the opponent, they will launched differently. For example, when her kick is rising up, she'll knock her opponents upward.

When an opponent is directly behind her and when she kicks in the middle of her flip, she'll knockback her opponent backwards.

6. Smash Side(Normal) - She takes a step forward and does a powerful punch.

7. Smash Down(Fast) - Split kick. She does the splits and "kicks", attacks in front of her and behind her. Basically the same as Fox and Falco's Down Smash, except longer range since Subaru's bigger.

Grabs:
8. Initial Grab(Slow) - Grabs them and knees them.

9. Forward Grab - Punches the enemy and pushes them forward.

10. Up Grab - Throws them upward and she does a flashkick(backflip + kick) and kicks the opponent, while also damaging anyone nearby.

11. Back Grab - Throws them backward and quickly turns around and kicks them.

12. Down Grab - Grabs them and slams them on the ground.
Aerials:
13. Neutral Aerial(Normal) - She does a horizontal kick in front of her.

14. Forward Air(Slow) - She does a powerful punch in front of her.

15. Up Air(Fast) - Basically the same as her Up Smash, she does a flashkick(backflip + kick) vertically, hits 360 degrees.

16. Back Air(Fast) - Quickly turns around and kicks.

17. Down Air(Normal) - She punches downward. Is a meteor smash.

Dash Attack:
18. Dash Attack(Normal) - She charges in and delivers a power punch.

III. B Moves:
Notes - Subaru(like Nanoha) uses cartridges for some of her attacks. Cartridges are basically ammo for her weapon which can be reloaded. Cartridges increase the power of some of her attacks and makes them charge faster.

She can reload by tapping B and letting it go quickly. Reloading takes 5 seconds, from 0 cartridges to 5. She can move and jump while reloading but not attack, she can cancel reloading by attacking or pressing any B buttons.

She can hold a max of 5 cartridges. She can use the attacks without cartridges but her attacks(that use cartridges) will have to take twice as long to charge an attack to full power without the cartridges.

This works very similar to Sheik's Needles.

Cartridges are used automatically when she uses any moves that use cartridges. When all Cartridges are gone, there is a sound that notifies you that all of them are gone.

BTW - Both her gloves and her rollerblades uses cartridges.

Note 2 - If anyone needs me to reexplain how the reloading thing works if they're confused, I'll try to reexplain.

Note 3 - Speed refers to the attack itself and NOT the charge time. If the charge time is included, most of these attacks will be slow.

Also, I'll list the speed it takes to do the attack WITHOUT charging, and the speed it is when fully charged like this <uncharged>-<fullycharged>. So "Normal-Fast" is an example.

1. Up B Revolver Cannon(Normal-Fast) – Can be charged(Takes 2 seconds to fully charge with a cartridge, 4 seconds without any cartridge).Consumes a cartridge when charging to increase charging speed.

Boosts up in the air while doing a spinning uppercut, the longer you charge it, the more powerful and faster it attacks. Fully charged you will move 2x faster and it does 3x more damage. The range is always the same regardless of charging.

Uncharged, the damage/knockback is weak. Fully charged, it is strong.

This move is one of her recoveries as well as one of her damaging moves.

It looks like Ryu or Ken from Streetfigher doing a “Shoryuken”.

2. Neutral B Divine Buster(Normal-Fast)(Or Reload if tapped) – A medium ranged projectile. It can reach half way of Final Destination, so the range of Subaru's Divine Buster isn't very far.
[Controls]:
Hold B to start charging. Let go of B to stop charging.. Press B again to release Divine Buster.
OR
Tap B 2 times quickly to start firing Divine Buster right away.
OR
Tap B ONCE, and "do not hold B", to reload.
Can be charged. Takes 3 seconds to fully charge. Unlike Nanoha’s Divine Buster, she doesn’t release the attack right away as She’s done charging.

Also unlike Nanoha's Divine Buster, Cartridges do not increase the speed it charges, instead, it increases the power of this attack. Instead, it increases the damage/knockback and attack radius by 15% per Cartridge, she uses up to 2 Cartridges per Divine Buster.

Does moderate damage without any Cartridges, strong damage with 2 cartridges.

Basically, this is similar to Samus’ charged laser shot. She charges but can save the attack for later use. You have to hold B for 1sec to start charging, let go of B to stop charging earlier. Press B again to release Divine Buster(once charged).

Charging does nothing BUT increase the speed Subaru releases Divine Buster.

The longer you charge Divine Buster, the faster it can be shot. Uncharged, Divine Buster takes 1.5 seconds to shoot. Fully charged, it takes 0.2 seconds to shoot.

Fully charged, this attack is released nearly instantaneous. This allows Subaru to release a powerful projectile at any time, she can also release her Divine Buster while sliding.

This means Divine Buster a little unpredictable.

Note – She cannot reload while Divine Buster is charged. She must release the Divine Buster before being able to reload.

Divine Buster:

3. Side B Wing Road(Instant) – She creates a “magic” road where she currently is standing(or “standing in the air”). This move is mainly used for air recovery or air movement. Wing Road lasts 6 seconds, it can be canceled by pressing “Side B” again.

When used, she can basically “walk on air” by creating a road where she is currently standing. She can then move left, right, diagonally down-left/right or up-left/right. She can also jump while on the road, and then land back on the road.

For example: If you tilt the movement stick diagonally top-right, the Wing Road will “angle” 45 degrees top-right, which will allow Subaru to run diagonally top right.

She can use any of her moves on the Wing Road, she can recover her jumps on the Wing Road, making this move a very useful Recovery move that compliments her other recover move.

Though, if she takes 20% damage or more while the Wing Road is active, it will be destroyed and she will enter a state of helpless(no jumps or any specials until she hits the ground or grabs onto a ledge).

Also, her enemies cannot walk on the Wing Road, only Subaru can.

Note - Using Wing Road means she cannot use her “Side B” again until she has touched the ground(that’s not Winged Road). Her Up + B and her jumps can be recovered by landing on Wing Road though.

Note 2 – The “Wing Road” is only seen below her feet. Think of a short “road” that always “follows” Subaru and appears only under her feet.

Wing Road(Also her Gear Excelion):

4. Down B Gear Excelion(Slow to charge/Fast attack)– Needs to be fully charged to work(Takes 3 seconds to fully charge with two cartridges, 4.5 seconds with just one cartridge, and 6 seconds without any cartridge). She “charges” her Rollerblades.

Once charged, her Rollerblade grows wings and she moves and jumps faster and farther. She moves 20% faster, same with jumping. She also falls 20% slower as well but she can fall faster if you press and hold “Down” to fast fall.

When using her “Down B” when it’s already activated, she will do a powerful jumping Side Kick.

This lasts for 8 seconds.

See above for her Gear Excelion(Wings on the rollerblades).

IV. Final Smash -Revolver Buster - A powered up version of her Divine Buster, this move is similar to Marth’s Critical Hit final smash. She creates a winged road and charges extremely fast where’s she’s facing.

When she hits a target, she’ll unleash a very powerful and large Divine Buster.

The Divine Buster has almost as big of a radius as Samus’ Final Smash(Zero Laser) but it’s weaker. The Divine Buster has infinite range.

Note – This move is weaker than Marth’s Critical Hit(1 hit KO). Most opponents need to be 30% damage or higher to be KOed.

This move is like Marth’s Critical Hit and Samus’ Zero Laser combined but weaker.

Also, she can press “A” or “B” at any time when she’s charging to launch the Divine Buster sooner.
Revolver Buster:
(BTW, she's just making friends. Seriously, that's how they all do it in Nanoha, blast them with a giant energy beam)

V. Taunts/Victories -
Note - Mach Caliber is pronounced "Maah - Keh -" "Caal-e-ber". Also, Mach Caliber is female.
Mach Caliber has a female voice, just in case you wanted to know what it sounds like.

1. Up Taunt - Subaru asks her talking weapon(Mach Caliber) and says(in Japanese) "Mach Caliber, can we still do it?".Mach Caliber(her weapon) will reply with one of the three(Depends on Subaru's damage):

a. "Of course." Subaru is at 0-35% damage.

b. "Not a problem" Subaru is at 36%-65% damage.

c. "We can still do it." Subaru is at 66%+ damage.

2. Side Taunt - Subaru sticks her fist out and says(In Japanese) "Let's go Mach Caliber". Mach Caliber responds "Right!".

3. Bottom Taunt - A blue energy triangle appears below her feet, and blue energy flows around her. A "powering up" sound is heard.

4. Victory 1 - Subaru punches her fists together, then smiles and says(to those who lost) "Great fight".

5. Victory 2 - Subaru asks, "Are you okay Mach Caliber?". Mach Caliber responds "Yes, I'm all right".

6. Victory 3 - Same as Bottom Taunt.

If I need to add anything or if anyone have any questions on how the attacks and stuff work, ask please.

Here's my Nanoha moveset if anyone is interested.
Here's my Agrias moveset if anyone is interested.

Love the moveset!

Here is another of mine.

Hinata Hyuga

Description:
Hinata is the single female member of Team 8 (excluding Kurenai) and a member of the highly respected Hyuga clan. Hinata is a shy and polite girl, being very self-spoken and kind to all. However, she has very little self-confidence due to the fact her strict father thinks little of her. However, Hinata is constantly supported by her friends, particularly Naruto Uzimaki, whom she has a deep respect for, not to mention an even deeper crush. Hinata often becomes an emotional wreck when around Naruto, often blushing, fumbling her words up, going bright red and sometimes fainting if Naruto touches her or is really close up. Ironically Naruto is oblivious to Hinata's crush. Thanks to her friends support, Hinata has a bigger amount of self-confidence and she trains constantly to become a better ninja. Her new confidence seems to have earned the respect of her father, and her cousin, Neji.

Alternate Costumes: Hinata's costume does not change colour but it changes. She has her default form, another form where she does not have her jumper on, and her updated appearance.

Stats
Height: 3/5
Weight: 2/5
Movement Speed: 3/5
Jump: 3/5
Fall Speed: 4/5

Entrance: Hinata appears out of thin air, a type of technqiue used by shinobi. She goes into a fighter's stance.
Walking: Hinata walks quite slowly, hands in front of her with her index fingers touching eachother.
Running: Hinata runs quite fast, arms flying behind her as she runs.
Waiting Movements: Hinata either twiddles her index fingers, or sways back and forth with her arms behind her back.
Sleeping: Hinata lies on her side, arms acting as a makeshift pillow.
Stunned: Hinata sways about dazed, one hand on her forehead.
Smashed Off-Screen: Hinata screams as she somersaults into the background.

Moveset
A: Hinata strikes an opponent with her right hand using a sideward hand chop.
A,A,A: Hinata attacks with three hand chops, the third one being a palm blow.
Dash Attack: Hinata dashes forward and hits her opponent with a blast of chakra (the energy that ninjas have which can used in attacks).
Side A: Hinata attacks with a close combat arm strike.
Up A: Hinata attacks upwards with jabs from both hands.
Down A: Hinata kicks downwards.

Side Smash: Hinata attacks with a palm blow accompanied with a blast of chakra.
Up Smash: Hinata punches upwards three times, the third attack sending a blast of chakra into the air.
Down Smash: Hinata crouches and performs a low swinging kick.

Aerial Attack: Hinata kicks forwards with her left leg.
Side Aerial: Hinata spins and thrusts her leg out to strike an opponent.
Back Aerial: Hinata spins in the opposite direction she is facing and kicks an opponent.
Up Aerial: Hinata attacks with two upward palm blows.
Down Aerial: Hinata spins downwards and burst of chakra bursts out when she lands on the ground.

Grab Attack: Hinata grabs an opponent and performs a karate chop on them.
Forward Throw: Putting all her strength into the attack, Hinata pushes an opponent away across the arena.
Backward Throw: Hinata tosses her opponent backward and strikes them with a powerful palm blow.
Up Throw: Hinata tosses her opponent upwarda and then hits them with an upward blast of chakra.
Down Throw: Hinata punches her opponent to the ground and then sprays them with a wave of chakra.

B: Byakugan - Although this attack is normally used by Hinata's family to locate a person's chakra points, in this case, it is used differently. Hinata's eyes go veiny and creepy and fire what appears to be a line of energy at an opponent which stuns them for ten seconds.
B Side: Gentle Fist - Hinata attacks with four strong palm blows, each one accompanied by a blast of chakra, each one stronger than the other.
B Up: Heavenly Sphere - Hinata strikes the enemy into the air while jumping upwards and hits them with a sphere-shaped blast of chakra.
B Down: Eight Trigrams Stream Palm Wave - Hinata spins around and fires off blasts of chakra across the stage in both horizontal directions.

Final Smash: Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms

Hinata stands on a trigram and suddenly goes into a blur of movements, her arms flying about in all directions. She fires thousands of tiny beams make of chakra which bombard the battlestage in every direction from wherever Hinata stands. Characters are hit continuously by the attack but can avoid it by standing near Hinata when she unleashes the attack. After about ten seconds, the attack ends and Hinata then fires out a powerful shockwave which usually smashes opponents offscreen. However, sometimes the attack can go completely wrong and Hinata is the one who recieves all the damage.

Shield: Hinata protects herself with a shield of chakra.

Taunts
Taunt 1 (Up): Hinata looks around timidly.
Taunt 2 (Side): Hinata looks around but this time she waves anxiously at the camera.

Losing Pose: Hinata stands with a disheartened look on her face and says "I must try harder!"

Kirby Hat: Kirby gains Hinata's hairstyle and his eyes glaze over to match Hinata's.

Snake Codec:
Snake: Hey, Otacon, whose that girl with the blue hair, she looks a little nervous.
Otacon: That's Hinata Hyuga, a ninja.
Snake: A ninja?! She's not dressed like one.
Otacon: Snake, don't judge things by their appearance. Hinata may look nervous but she is quite a formidable opponent if she gets the opportunity to fight her all.
Snake: Then there is much to worry about then.
Otacon: Don't think too lightly of her.
Snake: Why?
Otacon: Hinata has not got much self-confidence but she'll still beat you senseless if you give her the open opportunity.

And for my final moveset, I decided to give it to this guy.

The Penguin
