@Magus, Status of current pac stuff

I know you were doing a big overhaul on the hitlag and all that, and I was wondering how far along you have come? I'm getting close to having a fully functional MCable footstool and have some other changes I wish to place down, but am hesitant too due to pac updates.

Just wanting to know whats up since im rarely in the IRCnowadays

Includes a comprehensive changelist of everything since the last public nightly, and some of which still needs to be tested as noted in the Changes.txt. Also includes a set with frame advance in it.

for some reason, I can no longer do DACUS with Wolf...which I've always thought was one of the few things I had learned to do solidly. =/

However there seems to be no mention of anything regard dash attack in the changelog.

Also it seems you've done ALR changes with PSA? o_O
