Either change the set-up to make a medium-sized game work or we have someone with a normal mafia game step in from the line-up.

Hosting a Mafia game means you have to make compromises. I myself had 17 roles ready but had to cut it to 14.
If you're willing to let someone with a smaller game go first, then we could probably do that first but it's up to you now.

it wouldnt be just a matter of cutting roles. so much would need changing at the rate things were going it wouldn't start for a while once again, and im kinda tired of it.

and honestly me and red are still taking our time balancing this as is. like I said someone can go ahead, again..

cos even with 15 players would still need to wait for that last person to join, so I don't see the point in making GoT 3.0 or go back to GoT 1.0 and drop something that may not be fun.

If it aint possibly fun no point in playing. Didn't want that risk or to remove the core aspect that makes this different to make 15 work.
