Anyway, I actually played as Marth a little today, and surprisingly, I feel better with his SSB4 self than I remember. I'll have to compare him to Lucina again to decide who I feel more comfortable with. I prefer Lucina as a character, but Marth is starting to come more naturally to me. Even then, though, he isn't on the same level as Robin or ZSS.

Oddly enough, I usually can't stand slower characters, but Robin is the exception. Maybe it's the projectiles and her/his smashes.
That's fine jaja. By the way what are techniques that have gotten you relatively good success while playing as Lucina?

For some reason, I actually find Robin faster than he is made out to be, though I don't know why.

I feel like Dancing Blade is way more easy to use in this game, but maybe I've just gotten better at using it. I also feel like the neutral B comes a lot more easily.
I've heard good things about Counter, but I have terrible timing.

God, i suck at counter. I either do the move too late or to early or I miss all together!!!
What is even more annoying is when I see CPU get it ever, single, freaking, TIME!!!

I feel like the CPUs get inside your controller, figure out what you're going to do based off what inputs you do, then counter attack with what ever they feel like. CPUs are definitely better in Smash 4. Better at making me rage.
I am a bit cautious when using DB. Sometimes the timing can be messed up and the opponent will power shield and punish me accordingly. Although d-tilt > DB chases are staple in my game. You have to use counter a bit cautiously. And not a lot either. It can become very predictable and your opponent can punish you. Try to limit it and use it when you know your opponent will attack you.

That right there was a backwards jump Shield Breaker mixup. Words cannot describe how hard I laughed when I pulled it off.
Ah the empty jump over DDD into Shield Breaker. I also love to feign I'm retreating and do a B-reversed Shield Breaker. It catches many people of guard and can lead to broken shields.

She really got some of the best alts in the game. I wish Robin's were that awesome... At least I have my Red Robin (Yum!).

I use the Nowi alt because I like the colors, but if we were going by who we had male Robin marry, she'd be default, and if we went by favorite character out of the colors, it'd be Sumia.
The Tiki alt has been tempting me because her hair is the same color as my Chrom/Robin run's Robin, though.

I pretty much toggle between default, Cherche, Cordelia, Tiki and Sumia. I use more default and Cordelia than the others, though.
You know, if it were not for you guys a few months ago I would have not even guessed that her palette swaps where based on other characters in Awakening. With that being said, I think it's awesome how the designers decided to implement that. By the way, I have mentioned it before but Lissa, or default color palette in my case.
