So yea it's about time I hosted another tourney,and yes I suck with names.
This time around I'm going for a Low Tier tourney as you can see.​

Rules​

3 stock
8 minutes
This will be a 16-man double elimination tourney(unless I get enough entrants for a 32-man)
Matches will be best 2/3, except for Winner's, Loser's and Grand Final's which will be best 3/5
No Items(duh)
Stalling IS banned
Any suicide moves will count as a win for the person who initiated the move.
50 Post requirement to join

Just to be certain: In the championship round, the loser final's winner has to win two sets. This is the common practice for double KO, so I was just double checking.

Also, at least try to seed by relative skill. The OTL PR is becoming more stratified now so it becomes a lot easier (and fairer) to do this. At the very least, no heavyweight showdowns in the first round.
