Anything past Tier 3 is noticably much less accurate. With that being said, the top 3 Tiers, is more or less unarguable, because they are the ones that tend to place the highest in tournaments and/or shown consistency.
Tier 4 and 5 tend to have either better experience than the remaining, or have made some form of impression of standing out.
The rest is really hard to keep track of because everyone has their own personal victories in friendlies and everyone has their own random victories over better players who may have just sandbagged.

Outside tournament results...
In interests of matchups, priority is given to how well players hold their own versus better players. In other words...how hard you own n00bs means nothing. Doing good against skill-peers is important, but how well you do versus better players says the most about your skill.
If a player gets nervous or is not used to playing someone much faster, it is a weakness at his fault (not an excuse). Until that mental barrier is breached, they are assumed no better than a player who can play more confidently.

heheh, neh..i think lee has the best chances of winning tournies in LA. (unless you hold the factor he might not care and forfeit like he has in the past, lol), but in reality, he beats me a little more than i beat him...so i regard him as the best for now in LA.
and the most common characters he'd use in serious tournaments would be Fox and Sheik right now. His falco, jigs, and y.link are for more specific character and stage circumstantial situations.

but judging by the rest of this list, "masterhand" and "a ****load of 2ndaries", i'm prolly taking it too technically serious :(

Mocha, 19, BR. He's been using Kirby a lot lately, though Vaughn has less of a main than I do. It's been known to change on a daily basis.

I played a few games with Nicknyte before, and I play with Setsuma all the time. I've played Cyphus and Lee way back when (and I lost that dollar really quick ><).

I'm not really that good tbh, I just love playing Smash ^_^ I can't wavedash fluently :X

I go to Tara High School and I pwn noobz. I also play World of Warcraft if anyone else here plays :D

To Esprit- you play with Link, I don't blame you for not being able to wavedash fluently with him. I can only really waveland, and sometimes wavedash a few times in a row if I'm lucky with Link. Also, I'm a WOW player. I started playing it a year ago, now I have two games to ruin my life.

I'm a 60 human priest on Medivh, and my guild is in Naxx atm :D
Kalzar and his older brother play as well (his brother is a guildie of mine and plays Doc).

I can't wavedash fluently not because I can't do it, but really I just don't want to learn how to repeat the motion quickly and precisely. I like to play without wavedashing (which I guess is part of why I'm not so great), but I do short hop and (sometimes!) L-cancel.
