Looking for japanese smash tournaments

hello everyone.

I'm Leeor, Israel's smash community manager, and I'm going to be at japan for a vacation right after my release from the Israeli air force. i will stay in Tokyo during November, in Kyoto during December and in Osaka during January. i would like to find a Japanese smash tournament on any of those months and participate in it, i would appreciate any and all help from Japanese forum members or any American members that are familiar with Japanese smash community members.
